ALL staff were incredibly dedicated to prompt personalized service Any staff in our proximity politely checked to ensure we had what we needed…even at the bar. Cocktails were en pointe…use of fresh blackberries in a Mule felt like dessert before dinner. Food was savory and hot, timing of service was perfect. Ambiance was the cherry on top. Making Tucci’s our “go to” when in town.

The food was amazing and the wings were delicious. The service was so good I really appreciated her.

Opted for J Gilberts to do the Thanksgiving cooking...and it was a wonderful afternoon!! A lot of other folks had the same idea and my hat is tipped to the great organization and prompt, friendly service! Food was delicious as usual (we are somewhat regular customers). Props to our server Candice who was friendly and attentive. I've recommended J Gilberts to friends and out-of- towners in the past and they always have a great experience.

This was my first experience with my family as we can never get a reservation during our preferred time! Although a little mishap with our order, the whole staff was so accommodating, so responsive and the person in charge even stopped by and apologized even though I was not asking for one but so nice to be treated as such! The food was amazing and especially that Margherita pizza! Best pizza I have ever had in Ohio period!
