Amazing Food. Incredible service, highly recommend Japango Fort Collins!

This was our second time eating at Blue Agave. We travel to Fort Collins from Texas several times every year. Last year we had such a good meal we made sure to return this time and were not disappointed! The food is amazing, and coming from Texas we know good Mexican food! Our server, Brendan?, was the best server we have had at any restaurant ever. Knew the menu, knew how to describe the items, genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal and cared about our experience. He also had perfect timing for when to stop by the table and when to wait. If you are in Fort Collins you HAVE to go here. And try the pork belly tacos!!!! Amazing!!

The staff were great!!! Super friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions with knowledgeable authority. Our orders arrived promptly. The food could not have been more fresh. I am completely satisfied and will be back!!!

As always, the Mish exceeded expectations. Brunch was marvelous and we sat on the deck, in a bubble with blankets on our laps, toasty with our personal heater going. Stunningly gorgeous and absolutely delicious!
