Enjoyed lunch with 2 friends. Lavendou is our favorite place to meet because you can sit and visit for 3 hours, never feeling rushed. The food and service is always excellent. During the holidays you definitely need a reservation for lunch.

A wonderful dinner! I had the delicious lentil soup and tender roasted chicken. My husband had a ceasar salad and beef tenderloin that was cooked perfectly. We enjoyed a nice bottom Bordeaux and shared the poached pear for dessert. Lavendou never disappoints us!

Three entrees including a nightly special; pork way overcooked (not quite leather), poulet was so-so but all veg on plate was woefully under-cooked; and redfish was good; typical very good service we have experienced here for over 20 years. Desserts hit and miss (lavender creme brulee was good, but apricot tart had a near-soggy/mealy crust not typical of this establishment. Something was definitely off in the kitchen and expedition departments friday night. we will need to wait awhile before returning. Hope this is not a sign of things to come as we enjoy dining here monthly

I had the pasta dish with chicken that was wonderful. My husband had one of his favorite dishes, the filet of sole with crabmeat that is always cooked perfectly. We enjoyed a nice bottle of Bordeaux. Pascal and his staff provide excellent service every time we dine there.
