Diners can enjoy some of the most authentic French food in the valley when they visit Le Petit Restaurant. With the air of a bistro that has come straight from a Paris street, Le Petit serves French fare and adds its own California twist. The look and feel make it a great date spot that is conveniently open for late night dining. The interior is masked in an Art Deco decor, framed by high ceilings and filled with candle-lit and linen-covered tables, framed art adorning the colorful walls, white curved booths, and hardwood floors. The menu runs through a range of creative dishes, like the blackened salmon, grilled entrecote (rib-eye steak), escargot, herb-roasted chicken, and more, including daily specials. On Monday and Tuesday nights Le Petit offers a special 1.5 pound live Maine lobster, with soup or salad for $49.95 A notable wine list and full bar give diners ample drink choices. Table was at the inner entrance. Customers waiting to be seated were leaning on our table and talking loudly. They should do something to corden off a waiting place rather than imposing on our table space.

This was one of my favorite spots and I understand that there’s times when it’s an off day. They were incredibly busy, which is great, but my biggest complaints is about the service. Our server was OK, but he made a mistake on the desserts instead of taking off the extra dessert, he left it on the check. I should’ve said something, but I guess I was surprised that he would’ve left it on there anyway might be a long time till I’m back.

We had a reservation and was seated immediately. After a few minutes the server came over and asked us what we wanted to drink. It was all down hill after that. She had an attitude. She was curt & not friendly. She just said I want your appetizer & food order at the same time. The food was very tasty except for one item. We ordered the mussels & about half of them were missing from the shells or wouldn’t open. We flagged down the server & told her about them and she stated that’s the way it is and did not apologize. We had to keep asking for our water glasses to be filled.NO ONE ever refilled our glasses without asking.

An exceptional French dining experience from start to finish! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The food was simply outstanding. The ambiance added to the charm, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that made the evening even more special.

Great valentines ambience and loved how special they made it! Filled the whole place with festive balloons which matched perfect with the red design of the restaurant. Great food too!

We regularly go to LPC. Last night was the biggest lobster I’ve ever had on a Monday/Tuesday special night. It was soooooo good! All our meals were great last night

Ambience was lovely. Our seating for three in a comfy booth was perfect . The waitress and the maître d’ attentive and friendly . Unfortunately, we were all disappointed in the quality of our food. My fish was rather gamey. My husband‘s lamb shank dish was a bit bland. My son’s filet mignon was not very thick and seemed a little tough to cut. I had seen such wonderful reviews and looked forward to my husbands birthday here…But we were very disappointed. HOWEVER! The onion soup and desserts (crème brûlée, and Apple tart ) were very good.
