The Lewnes family has been in the food business since 1921. Lewnes' Steakhouse opened in 1994, specializing in USDA prime beef and exquisite seafood dishes.                                                                                             Food was good (except for the salad, which was pre-made, ice cold and swimming in dressing). However service was mediocre at best. It was my partner’s 50th birthday, noted in the reservation, and not even acknowledged. Perhaps we received poor service because we had two kids with us (who wanted more bread, which did also not appear after asking for it). It was too expensive for service that poor. Would not recommend. It was a disappointment.
