Trinity reopened in October 2015 with the same ethos, culture and team whilst recreating a new and refreshing backdrop - retaining its sophistication and remaining a restaurant of significance in Clapham.
An alfresco dining area accommodates 16 guests, the dining room seating 40 guests that now have a clear view into an open plan kitchen with banquette seating surrounded by the soft hues of jade green and dusty heather pink.
Staying true to his style of cookery, the new menu will focus on Adam’s interpretation of great classics in a relaxed and approachable setting.
The kitchen presents a four course a la carte menu for a set price of £70 for lunch and £120 for dinner. Gaijin is surely one of the best sushi restaurants in Birmingham, in my opinion. The food is always amazing, and I appreciate the attentive service. I went for the Omakase tasting menu, and it was a fantastic experience. I found the price reasonable for what you receive. For some, it may be expensive, but I honestly believe that you always pay for quality, and the food is undoubtedly of high quality. Totally recommended!

7th time here at Corinthia, and Afternoon Tea was Superb. Our server, Matt, was outstanding! His knowledge of the menu, both food and drinks was great and he had me sold of the Sparkling Tea as an alternative as one of our party was tee-total. We had some issues with several of the dishes. In particular it seemed the kitchen, on this occasion, struggled to deliver fish dishes that were not far too overcooked - not great when you're asking for things to be rare or medium. And even if you're not asked (as was the case with one of these dishes) they should not be prepared like that. First time here and whilst not a great fan of the low tables and chairs we had an enjoyable time. Until... ca 2.45pm when all of the restaurant, literally every table, became an afternoon tea party. That drastically changes the end of a lunch experience and not for the better. We decided against having a pudding and more wine and fled the scene. Shame. Standout service delivered by Valentina.

We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairing, and Aaraw was incredibly knowledgeable about both the food and the wine, taking the time to explain each dish without ever rushing us. His friendly and professional demeanor added to the experience. The food was outstanding, with plenty of courses, each beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The wine pairings were well thought out, complementing the dishes perfectly. For the quality and quantity, we felt it was great value for money. The ambience was intimate and elegant, especially upstairs where we were seated. The decor is beautiful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A lovely touch was when the team brought out something extra for my partner’s birthday, which made the evening even more memorable.
