Great service even though it was busy on Valentine’s Day they went above and beyond, food came fast, no complaints on the meal it was great, the waiter was great he explained every thing perfectly he was very patient and polite.

Our server Stella was terrific. The food was excellent as usual. Highly recommend Charcoal Steakhouse to any visitors in the area. We have been going there on special occasions for almost 50 years. Their Brie appetizer is to die for. The steaks and pigtails always a favorite.

My sister and I chose the Winterlicious menu. The food choices were very good and unlike many of the Winterlicious restaurants, the offerings were quite unique and tasty, not at all cheap or lesser quality. We like to dine here and would not hesitate to go back. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, and even though busy, the noise level was not loud.

First time doing this, and the experience was phenomenal. I am not a tea person, but I enjoyed the opportunity to chat with my family while enjoying soft music and good food. I would recommend asking guests if it's the first time, for I had no idea I had to dilute the last part of my tea hehe. Great environment, great snowy day with a cozy view.

We had an amazing time at the Inn! Great atmosphere, great food and wonderful service. Took our snowmobiles with us and enjoyed the trails in the area. The Spa Services were exceptional. We can’t wait to go back.

What a wonderful birthday get together with friends at Aera. The food was delicious. We all ordered from the winterlicious menu having different starters and desserts, but all 3 of us had steak as the main course. Everything was perfect. Food was beautifully presented and it all tasted perfect. A bottle of Pinot noir was a perfect pairing with dinner. Sending a very special thank you to our server Nyree. She is just a lovely person and has such a great personality. Her knowledge of the menu and wine list is excellent. She was super helpful to my dear friend who is disabled and had the kitchen cut up the steak so that she could enjoy it throughly too. Thank you for our superb dinner and very fine evening. We shall be back!
