Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. The food on the seasonally changing menu is always superb, with innovative twists that keep it interesting as well as delicious. The three-course prix-fixe menu, which also includes several additional gratis dishes, provides a wealth of choices, including nightly specials, and accommodates vegetarians as well as meat and fish eaters. The wine list is also tops, and the service and welcoming, comfortable ambiance could not be better. Fleurie remains our favorite spot by far for a celebration.

The Folk’s Folly story began in 1977 with unconventional origins, as the best stories often do.

Native son Humphrey Folk, Jr. was a prominent and shrewd developer, whose hard work carried him all over the country, cultivating his sincere appreciation of food and fine wine.

Undaunted by a complete lack of restaurant or culinary experience, he decided to convert a quaint and intimate house into a small eatery. His peers offered little encouragement, so he added the word “folly” to his own name, and Memphis’ Original Prime Steak House was born.

With only a gentleman's handshake to signify agreement, Humphrey Folk welcomed famed Memphis restaurateur Thomas Boggs as managing partner of Folk's Folly in 2003.

This partnership built the bridge to the next generation and Folk's Folly Prime Steak House remains a family affair.

In speaking with our waiter I realized I’ve been delighted by dining at Ches Francois for 40 years. We arrived at 6:00 pm and shortly after being seated my wife and I were greeted by the owner, Chez Jacque. I congratulated Jacque in celebrating the Haeringer family’s 70th year owning and operating Chez Francois. (there was a large stand alone plaque at the entrance announcing the 70 years) Jacque’s comment when I congratulated him was, “yes two generations of crazy restaurateurs”. I could not argue with him. Only absolute dedication, commitment and tireless energy produces the wonderfully amazing results this family has delivered decade after decade. Every bite of food I’ve ever eaten at Chez Francois has been a culinary delight. Every meal I’ve had (I estimate in the neighborhood of 150 meals) have been absolutely enjoyable. Latitudes is located on the private island of Sunset Key. Our boat launch is located at Slip 29, behind the Opal Key Resort, 245 Front St. Your reservation time is your departure time, please arrive 8-10 minutes prior to check in. Due to limited indoor seating, reservations MAY NOT be guaranteed in case of inclement weather. You are not permitted to board the ferry prior to your reservation time.
Advance reservations are required. Dress Code is upscale resort attire: collared shirt, shorts or slacks for men -no tank tops; casual dress, shorts or slacks for women. No beachwear please.

Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973. The exquisite cuisine at Le Vallauris is prepared by Executive Chef, Jean-Paul Lair, who has graced the restaurant for over 25 years. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 as a home for the Roberson family, who managed Palm Springs' first hotel, The Desert Inn. Many grand parties were held in the house for guests such as Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and many more. Later on, when the restaurant was established it became a favorite place for Presidents and the Hollywood elite, and local socialites.

I am going thru the menu with different entries and so far they have all been excellent. My wife is a vegan and she has been taken great care of with different slants of a vegan dish. It’s a great improvement from before. Seems like Le Vallauris has gone thru a wonderful transition with a new chief who cares for all their clients. A+ for making Le Vallauris more vegan friendly! Oh the lobster salad is I think better than before not sure I can put a finger on why but something is a bit different and more flavor plus if u like caviar or oysters they have the best!

The steaks at Lewnes are second to none. I come here annually for my birthday with my daughters and get a filet mignon every time. It tastes amazing, is consistent and tender, and they have very generous portions. The simple elegance of the atmosphere is comforting and refreshing. Everything about this property is gracious and welcoming. The buildings and landscaping are unique and very well done. There are very few places in NYC that are still elegant and yet exciting to go to. The food was delicious and healthy, and the service was excellent. My martini was one of the best ever. The room was magnificent filled with stunning flowers. You just do not see many restaurants that are willing to invest in creating such a beautiful atmosphere. I loved it!

We had an early reservation, so the restaurant was very quiet for most of our meal. Everything was outstanding, from shrimp cocktail, through crab Cakes and Halibut and including chocolate mouse dessert.

About the restaurant
Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant. Rated excellent by the New York Times in 1996 and New Jersey's favorite restaurant in Zagat's Survey in 2001 and New Jersey Monthly's best Italian and top 25 overall in 2007. Highlights from the menu include soft egg yolk raviolo with black truffle butter, pignoli crusted salmon with artichoke and mint agnolotti in a light tomato and basil broth and braised short ribs of beef with a cherry pepper and port glaze. Set in an historic building built in 1740, the atmosphere is slightly formal with Tuscan style vaulted ceilings finished with Venetian plaster. Tapestry and antique mirrors adorn the walls.

This classic desert restaurant is better than ever. Food was sis excellent with its revised menu which is easy to read. (thanks! I noticed) Oysters with best ever mignonette sauce; can’t wait to order them again. Dover sole meunière - perfection. And I ended with a grand mariner soufflé , it didn’t disappoint. Definitely making this my go to special dinner place. Service was perfect and ambiance with live mellow music made for the perfect evening. Book it!
