Our menus are refreshingly honest, simple and uncomplicated; we serve brilliant steaks and top-notch seafood and our daily specials are second-to-none. We’ve got a great selection of wines and our bar is stocked with locally-sourced ales, continental beers and small batch spirits. There's a great cocktail list too!

The restaurant itself offers the perfect mix of old and new… original features, period charm and the only remaining thatched roof in Weston-super-Mare, combined with a laid-back atmosphere and a really-very-cool, beach-facing terrace area complete with glowing fire pits.

We booked a table outside today, in late December (!) for Sunday lunch. No problem thanks to the nice cosy firepit table - others asked us if the firepit was just for show or really effective, we were able to reassure them that it was really effective,.and made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable - that seemed to work as all firepit tables were taken by the time we left! Food delicious as always, service excellent, a great experience today.

The Boatman, is Windsor’s only pub on the river at the foot of Windsor Castle overlooking Eton Bridge. Plenty of delicious choices on the menu; all those we chose were extremely tasty and more than came up to expectations. This was our second visit here after a very good experience earlier in the year and we were certainly not disappointed. Everything, including the warm welcome and friendly, knowledgeable service and of course the superb food and drink was excellent and we can’t wait to return! A perfect way to start our Christmas celebrations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday lunch at Provenance. Our vegan friend enjoyed his cauliflower steak, our other friend said it was the best cauliflower cheese he had ever had and the beef was so tender. The range of vegetables on the sharing platter was incredible and much appreciated.

We had an excellent meal last night. My son had the ploughman's, huge. Excellent value for money. We come here a few times a year for birthdays etc, and I come with friends. The 2 courses for £22 is really good. Irs do nice to be able to bring the dog and the roaring fire was a bonus on a chilly, damp evening.

We booked to meet some friends with none of us being local to the area. We were welcomed warmly even though not regulars. The atmosphere was pleasant and really festive. Service was quick and very pleasant and professional. Food arrived quickly and was hot, good quality and as described on the menu. Likewise paying was quick and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you to all the staff at the Greyhound. We hope to visit again soon.

Always busy on a Sunday lunch time but service was prompt and friendly. Our table was ready and set for us when we arrived at our booked time The food was good as always. I had the fish soup with was substantial and very tasty. The marquee was warm and cosy after a walk along the beach. They were also busy at the takeaway counter but the staff seemed to have it all under control.

At KELP we take our time to make sure the food that goes on your plate is a fresh and local as possible. We source our seafood to be specifically Scottish and sustainable. We pride ourselves on using local suppliers for all our food. The fish people supply our fresh seafood daily. Our bread comes from Soja bakehouse, a family owned bakery in Cumbernauld. Our meat comes from ABR butchers, based in Bearsden.
Our executive chef, Christopher Hutchison, creates amazing, innovative dishes to be enjoyed and shared with friends and loved ones. We now have an AA rosette for 2023/2024 to highlight his and the teams amazing work. We haven't been here for about 7 years, and I am so glad we did. We chose the festive menu which was a carvery and it was lovely. Enough meat, could have done with 2 pigs in blankets, but all the trimmings and veg were really well presented and tasty.. We were seated by the door, so we got an icy blast every time the door opened, and also on the only round table that was really wonky.. My only gripe is when paying with the card you are asked to add a gratuity starting at 10% ! How about adding 5% too.?

Absolutely wonderful as always, the food was brilliant and everyone who served us was lovely. They also put a candle in my husbands dessert for his birthday, which I really appreciated. However, they absolutely need to do something about the toilets. In the middle of a cold, wet, winters evening it’s really unpleasant needing to go outside into the mud to go to the toilet in a shed in the garden centre. Not really appropriate for a £100 a head dining experience. The only dark spot on an otherwise lovely evening.

In 2016 the Old School BBQ was born, using a freshly imported 1982 Bluebird International American school bus from Arizona as a mobile kitchen.

The bus was converted from a traditional seated bus to a fully functional kitchen, with smokers and griddles to cook low and slow BBQ food. The OSB journey had begun, trading from humble beginnings on a local pub car park in Failsworth.

Our little yellow bus soon became a familiar landmark and we became more and more popular with lunch goers who wanted freshly prepared, appetising food served with a smile. Soon demand meant that we would be more often than not greeting our customers with a "sold out" sign, so it was time to expand.

So here we are, with a covered seated area serving our firm favourites, complemented with a fully licenced bar and WC facilities... did we mention the stage? That's right, we also provide live music from various acts from near and far - we are sure you will find our eatery to be like no other!

Rocky Bottoms started out as an 1800s brick kiln with a purpose to fire bricks. Eventually the brick kiln was unable to compete with larger competitors and closed down after WW2. Since this time the brick kiln has offered itself as agricultural storage until it collapsed and stood derelict.

In 2008 the brick kiln’s potential and need of restoration was spotted by local fishing family; The Matthews. After years of love and attention, Rocky Bottoms, as we know it today was born. Been looking forward to visiting the Dun Cow for a while and we were not disappointed . Lovely warm welcome on arrival ,shown to lo table looking overlooking the marsh where we watched a Marsh Harrier hunting the reeds for prey . The food was excellent , as was the service . The pub has a a really nice atmosphere , would highly recommend and will be returning asap .

Usual excellent service and value. We don't know how they produce such a range of interesting dishes. However, my wife's mulard terrine was lacking on flavour, and her lobster main was tough and just did not work That said, our favourite local restaurant by far, and we highly recommend all good foodies to head for No 15

The Cat Inn is a 16th century free house set in the picturesque village of West Hoathly, a hilltop village set in the heart of the Sussex countryside. It is in within easy distance from the towns of East Grinstead and Haywards Heath and only 25 minutes from Gatwick Airport.

The Pub with its oak beams and two inglenook fireplaces proffers a warm and cosy atmosphere in the winter, whilst our terrace is perfect to enjoy a drink and food in the summer months. Being a free house we pride ourselves in the quality of our real ale, and concentrate on local breweries, such as Harvey's of Lewes and other micro breweries. Our food is cooked to order, using fresh, seasonal and where possible locally sourced ingredients. Our menus change on a regular basis and we also offer a small selection of seasonal specials on a daily basis.

We welcome children over the age of 7. Dogs are welcome in the "pub" area of the Cat, they are not permitted in the dining room

A busy afternoon in between Christmas and NYE but we got a table and the staff were great. We even managed to get one of the festive pies even though it wasn’t on the Sunday menu! We love the Fleece and it’s worth the journey from Birmingham for their food.

Seabass was delicious piping hot and very tasty two friends ordered the same and agreed. Another friend had pork belly and his was equally enjoyable. Had mincemeat frangipan tart for desert and it was mouthwatering. Excellent value for a first class meal.

The food was amazing, every dish was delicious. Would recommend the ox cheek without hesitation. Potion sizes were perfect. Great selection. The pistachio choux bun was incredible and a healthy portion size. The atmosphere was brilliant, it was busy and there was noise, but nothing that was obtrusive, just made for a great atmosphere. Service was friendly and knowledgeable.

The Crathorne Arms is a great pub in a wonderful community spirited village, lovely people, Lord Crathorne himself couldn’t be more supportive, how lucky we are.

Our life has come a full circle from a town pub in Middlesbrough (well Eugene has) to the tontine (McCoys Hotel, Restaurant and Bistro) to a village pub in Crathorne, Ten Minutes from Middlesbrough.

We live above the pub, our furniture and furnishings live downstairs as they can’t and won’t fit up the stairs! So the canoe has the condiments, the bookcases our books, the huge sofa with big squashy cushions to sink into, tin lanterns reflecting patterns on the ceiling, this all makes for a homely feel and that’s what we would like to create along with good wholesome food and drink.

Of Course the staff, front of house and kitchen are all great, hardworking, smiley, enthusiastic young people and a joy to work with.
