64 Goodge Street is a new restaurant from Woodhead Restaurant Group, which opened in early August 2023. A former travel agent in our beloved Fitzrovia (64’s older siblings Portland and Clipstone are just round the corner), we were hugely excited by the opportunity this blank slate of a site afforded us.

We’ve been able to build from the bottom up, and therefore design every inch of space to meet our hope for 64 Goodge Street. Namely, that it is a space in which guests feel utterly taken care of.

We are open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. We very much hope to see you soon.

Went with a friend and the staff was fantastic. Especially one waiter/chef called Benjamin, bless him he was only 18 but he really delivered and made us feel welcome. There was one server called Rufus though, think I went to school with him?!

I’ve been to Bentleys several times in the last year. It’s very good well presented food. I like the menu - particularly the range of starters. The seafood is as good as it should be. Service is very good, attentive but not intrusive. I like the traditional ambience. I’ve only ever eaten upstairs but the bar area has banquette seating and you can sit outside too.

Had an absolutely amazing experience! The waitress was so friendly and made the whole evening even better—she explained the tasting menu really well, answered all our questions, and kept such a cheerful and professional attitude the entire night. The food? Incredible. Every dish was cooked perfectly and packed with flavour. It was our first time trying Peruvian food, and we were genuinely surprised at how good it was. Loved how the flavours balanced so well—sweet, bitter, salty, and spicy all in one meal. And the sweetest touch? They surprised us with an extra dessert that had Happy Anniversary written in Romanian—such a thoughtful gesture! Definitely coming back with friends next time!

A fantastic and awesome experience. Expectations were high, the reality even better. The food was brilliant - ingenious, full of complex flavours, wonderful on the eye. So creative. The staff were amazing - first class service, so caring, so well informed, just 5 star. The chefs were also amazing under the watchful eye of Johnny, Nick was professionalism incarnate and so young. The teamwork was like watching a ballet, poetry in motion. We will be back. Reputation fully justified in our humble opinion.

We had a fantastic dining experience with friends at Kioku yesterday. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was perfect, and the wine selection was impressive. Although a bit confused at the start of our evening, the personnel made up for that later on. We were complimented with some wagyu temaki, and everything that came from the kitchen was outstanding. We're eager to return when the terrace opens. Kudos to the talented chefs!

What a great discovery! We really loved the buratta, red peppers with garlic crostini as I can't have the normal tomato! The fregola was a healthy portion! This was my second visit to The Sussex,the first being two months ago.I once again can not fault the service which on both occasions I’ve found it to be efficient,friendly,warm,welcoming & knowledgeable.On this my second visit i didn’t enjoy the food quite as much as i had on my first visit.We chose the Local And Wild Set Menu,which is what i had thoroughly enjoyed on my first visit,and there was nothing wrong with any of the courses served but possibly some of the dishes were less interesting to my palate this time….But it was still a very good experience,my guest loved it,and we will definitely return. I ordered a bottle of their Nutbourne Vineyard Blush rose to enjoy with our meal and we both really enjoyed it and thought it to be excellent value.

A nice pub with good food. There seemed to be a lack of staff for the service so things were not top notch. The food could have been amazing but the main course was let down by slightly overcooked fish and the fish had no flavor at all which let me very disappointed. I must say the starter and dessert were fantastic and the accompaniments to the fish were really great but as the fish was meant to be the star it was a let down. They did give our two soft drinks for free but really if a restaurant is trying to be a gastro pub they need to tick all the boxes. I would go back just to see if it was an off day but I have heard similar things from other people

If the Jerusalem artichoke, onion & raclette dish is on the menu, this is a fantastic riff on traditional Swiss raclette! I love Launceston Place. Every dish is different and bursting with flavour. Such a wonderful place to eat with friends. I was so disappointed to hear that it is closing.
