64 Goodge Street is a new restaurant from Woodhead Restaurant Group, which opened in early August 2023. A former travel agent in our beloved Fitzrovia (64’s older siblings Portland and Clipstone are just round the corner), we were hugely excited by the opportunity this blank slate of a site afforded us.

We’ve been able to build from the bottom up, and therefore design every inch of space to meet our hope for 64 Goodge Street. Namely, that it is a space in which guests feel utterly taken care of.

We are open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. We very much hope to see you soon.

Every time I am in Britain I try and eat here. Not only do they have great food but they also understand hospitality (which many restaurants don't!). I felt cosseted, and the staff are genuinely positive, friendly and knowledgable. I also loved the Domaine de Carlines - a Chard, Savagnin blend.

Located in a Grade II listed building on Cloth Fair, Cloth Restaurant is part of a historic row of buildings in the City of London that survived the Great Fire of 1666. Down this atmospheric alley opposite St Bartholomew church, Cloth is taking over a double fronted corner site that’s beneath the former home of poet John Betjeman and next door to the two oldest residential buildings in London.

Inside, low ceilings, wood floorboards with antique wall lights and artwork create a cosy, intimate atmosphere, while marble tables, long dark wood banquettes, antique crockery and cutlery will create the feel of a classic bistro.

Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. I returned to this place after six months, having visited only twice before. Yet, they not only remembered me but recalled exactly the type of food I ordered, the syrup I preferred, the accompaniment, and even my favourite spot in the room. These people seem to belong to another time. Simply put, I love this place. Here, time stands still, and everything is as it should be. Michelin starred Frog by Adam Handling is a place to really submerge yourself in a theatrical show. You’re facing the kitchen, the chefs come to your table and you are able to really interact with every member of the team. Frog is luxury in an environment where you feel comfortable being whoever you are and where all elements in the restaurant are connected to offer a truly memorable experience.

The dishes are very emotional and they all mean something to Adam. Each and every one of the dishes has a story behind it, whether it’s a memory from Adam’s childhood or something that has inspired him or the team.

Simply outstanding food with unique tastes. Every course brought a welcome surprise . The service by Monika was attentive and friendly but not intrusive and the sommelier was excellent. The restaurant is open Wed-Sat at dinner and Thurs-Sat lunch. From 14th November ’24, Higher Ground is opening on Thursday lunchtimes and is now open from 5pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays!

The food is top notch, one of the very best places in London, with a great wine list. Service is effortlessly good. The space is simply decorated and arranged but it works well. The noise level was a bit too much for 60+ ears half way through the evening although staff said lunch is quieter so I may take them up on that. In any event a place worth visiting again!

At Restaurant Story the premise is simple; we seek to tell our story through the food we serve.

We opened in April 2013 gaining our first Michelin star only five months after opening and in 2021 we were awarded our second Michelin star. Finally in 2023 we launched Story 3.0 hosting a 2nd floor.

Inspired by chef Tom Sellers’ culinary career and the history of British food, our dishes are an edible story, each one inspired by a memory. We want to share these memories with you through what you see, smell and taste.

To help achieve this, we select only the freshest seasonal British produce and then pair it with an exclusive wine list featuring small wine producers and select British craft ales sourced locally.

Very well organised and the vibe was particularly good- really great atmosphere. Overall the food was good but was obviously reheated- the cauliflower cheese was hard and some slices of turkey were crimpled at edges and very tough…… and more veg would have been nice. I have lived in the area for a year and I wonder why it has taken me so long to visit this wonderful restaurant. Having lived previously in Wimbledon, nothing there compares. Friendly and attentive service, excellent food and a decent and well priced wine list. Nothing to fault at all other than the difficulty of booking a table at short notice- but that’s the price of quality!

It's a good idea to book ahead as this is a very popular restaurant. I was keen to try the classic fish & chips and they were excellent. I was impressed with the menu and I'd be tempted to try the mussels next time as they did look very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.

It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. The Quality Chop House celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2019.

Our menus are seasonally-focused and change daily based around the best produce delivered each morning.

We suggest bookings, but do take walk-ins.

In addition to our a la carte menu, we offer a £29 set lunch menu (January to November), and on Sunday lunches we serve a splendid roast.

If you are interested in a table for more than 6 guests, we have a Private Dining Room that seats up to 14. A seasonal feasting menu is available. For more information please give us a call.

A pleasant experience on a miserable night, nice log fires, gave a nice welcoming feel, food was pretty good, " Probably the best Fish and Chips I've had" said my wife, and she's had quite a few over the years, The portion sizes were a bit on the small size, and the desserts were a bit of a disappointment, she had the mintchoc ice cream with something on top which had a bitter burnt taste and the ice cream was overwhelmed by the intense chocolate. I had the Xmas pudding but yet again all I could taste was the marmalade, very busy place considering it's a bit out of the way,and couldn't fault the service

Great service, everyone was super friendly and attentive. Tried 4 of the cocktails on the menu and all were great - especially the paloma. Lobster roll was the perfect bite alongside it!

Trinity reopened in October 2015 with the same ethos, culture and team whilst recreating a new and refreshing backdrop - retaining its sophistication and remaining a restaurant of significance in Clapham.
An alfresco dining area accommodates 16 guests, the dining room seating 40 guests that now have a clear view into an open plan kitchen with banquette seating surrounded by the soft hues of jade green and dusty heather pink.
Staying true to his style of cookery, the new menu will focus on Adam’s interpretation of great classics in a relaxed and approachable setting.
The kitchen presents a four course a la carte menu for a set price of £70 for lunch and £120 for dinner. The wine list continues to offer great value with the Chef's Cellar List (just add VAT and corkage), increasing both our quantity and quality and a overall extension to the main wine list of up to 400 bins now on display in the feature wine cellar on the ground floor.

Trivet derives from the age-old cooking utensil - an iron tripod placed over fire to support a cooking pot or kettle - reflecting the warmth and balance which forms Head Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal’s values for the restaurant, as well as their working relationship.

From the very beginning of the creative process, Jonny, Isa and the team think about how food and drink work together. The menu features their explorations of ingredients, dishes and drinks from around the world, inspired by the culinary history and diversity around us. The wine list is set out chronologically, following the historic beginnings of wine to present day, with over 350 wines from classic producers to the New World, as well as acknowledging the root of viti-vinoculture with wines from Georgia, Armenia and Turkey.

As well as the welcoming main dining room, Trivet has a terrace, wine bar and private dining space. Monday nights transform into the LaBombe Wine Bar.

Great food in a lovely setting. Last night there was confusion over availability of some items and for us a shortage of non shellfish options, but the evening was a real bonus after a lovely day. Chatted with the owner and that was an added extra as he told us how dishes are picked. Highly recommended

Westerns Laundry is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant focusing on seafood & natural wines. The restaurant is located in the Islington/Highbury neighbourhood of North London. It opened in 2018 and is housed in a 1950's industrial building which used to be home to the largest commercial laundry in North London. It now boasts a beautiful 60 cover dining room, which opens onto an open 20 cover cobbled courtyard with olive trees as well as an intimate private dining room. Westerns Laundry has won numerous awards for excellence and originality and is a firm favourite on the London dining scene.

We tried the lunch Manu, went for the burgers, although we also could've gone for picanha... the cheeseburger with bone marrow were superb!! I haven't had such a great burger in a long time!!! Beautiful ambiance and had the silky Malbec (las nubes) fab!!
