Absolutely, OUTSTANDING! For a Michelin rated restaurant, this restaurant is fairly priced and not overpriced which makes me want to ALWAYS recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone that visits Cabo. We tried almost everything on the menu (we had a party of 6 foodies) and shared -- every dish was bursting with flavor.

We were in Mexico City for business. Costa Guadiana was recommended to us, and we are happy we dined there. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They gave us great service throughout the dinner. We started with the ceviche and mushrooms appetizers. Both were seasoned to perfection, and tasted amazing. Our entrees were also delicious. I ordered the filet tacos and my colleague had the fish Veracruz. We also enjoyed their margaritas, made with fresh lime juice and shaken to perfection. We will definitely go back!

The food is good, good ambience, but the waiter was so insisten recommending us the plates with the highest prices, and recommending us extras without telling us it was an extra charge. It is very obvious they want to have you with a big account. That kind of actitud is not a pleasant experience.

Absolutely enjoyed my time at this restaurant! My fiance and I were thoroughly impressed by the food and drink quality, music and ambiance, as well as the service. Would certainly recommend dining here. We went for a late night dinner. I knocked off one star because I was specifically looking for a shrimp tempura roll, but they do it differently. They make the rolls with all the ingredients except the shrimp tempura; it's topped with the tempura which I wasn't expecting.

Amazing meal with excellent service. It’s definitely pricey but a great choice for a special occasion or for a more fine dining experience vs. other Cabo restaurants. Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

Humble spot sitting on the street without proper bathroom facilities, but lovely service and very good food. It's always adventurous for a restaurant to showcase wines from the Road Less Traveled, but all in all it was a very nice stop in a wonderful neighbourhood. If you're eating there, don't pass up walking by the nearby "Casa Prunes", truly an architectural gem. .
