A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating. The cuisine has a light, exotic feel with an emphasis on Pacific Rim specialties, from Chilean Sea Bass baked in Banana Leaves or Kahlua-Barbecued Pork Chops to all sorts of tasty tapas, salads, wood-fired pizzas, and desserts. The Coral Seas Lounge, a hip mid-century style bar is lined with sexy black leather bar-stools and is reminiscent of the upbeat lounges of old Palm Springs. It wraps around the dining room and leads outside to a lush, tropical, 2000 square foot dining patio where a variety of specialty cocktails and old-school favorites are mixed - an ideal place where friends gather and martinis are sipped under the starlit desert sky.

Wonderful experience, friendly and professional service, excellent food and fun atmosphere. My friends and I had a great time, and the birthday girl in our group enjoyed the complementary birthday surprise the end of dinner. I had the salmon and lime pie after the cheese and charcuterie plate that we shared, and it was delicious. My friends also enjoyed their meal and desserts.

Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973. The exquisite cuisine at Le Vallauris is prepared by Executive Chef, Gabriel Morales, Award winning Angeleno Chef who has replaced the long time Chef Jean Paul Laire as he retired in 2024. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 as a home for the Roberson family, who managed Palm Springs' first hotel, The Desert Inn. Many grand parties were held in the house for guests such as Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and many more. Later on, when the restaurant was established it became a favourite place for Presidents and the Hollywood elite, and local socialites.

We had a wonderful experience at Mr Lyons. We had a large party for a birthday celebration, and they gave us a private room. Our server was fantastic and very sweet (and patient) with our group. The food was excellent. It's a pricey place but definitely worth the splurge.

Stephanie and I returned for a second time in a week to enjoy the wonderful food and service found here. Raymond was out Server and was outstanding and gracious. We enjoyed some conversation with him while dining. The food is excellent, we split a Filet with Shrimp, Baked Potatoe, Beef Wellington bites and creme Carmel for dessert.

Our experience at Copley’s on Palm Canyon was one of pure delight! Service was outstanding, the food was absolutely delicious, and the setting was sublime. I would highly recommend Copley’s. My husband is vegan and I truly appreciate when a restaurant has specified vegan entrees and he is not relegated to ordering sides. Each dish was thoughtful, visually stunning and cooked to perfection. You won’t be disappointed!

Thus far, Spencer's has not disappointed, and I can't imagine they ever will. We arrived a little early and the front staff greeted us with amazing smiles, clearly indicating the type of service and warmth we were going to receive. Our waitress made great recommendations, she was prompt, and as busy as she was throughout the night, she was very attentive to our table. I don't have the words to describe the food because it's an experience unlike any other. The calamari appetizer had a perfect crispy tenderness with a new fusion flavor. Their soup of the day was creamy, smooth and delightful. Our seafood main courses, each hot andcooked to perfection, and in each bite, one can taste every ingredient used. It was an overall well balanced delight. I cannot stress enough how welcomed everyone made us feel. Thank you to everyone at Spencer's, from those who greeted us walking in, to everyone in the kitchen who made delivered a masterpiece of food and service.

I treated my Mother for a Birthday dinner and it couldn't have been more perfect. From the service (ERIC!!!), to the cocktails... The salads were fresh and ample... Our steaks were cooked to perfection - always flavorful and piping hot. They then brought out an amazing, house made higher, round cheesecake with fresh berries on a painted plate. It was so large and so dense that we actually had to bring half of it home. Ruth's Chris has always been one of my favorite restaurants, especially when it comes to steak. I just can't get over the hot sizzling plates with butter and juices as the steaks are served throughout the restaurant. The smell is incredible and in my opinion, is what makes Ruth's Chris' steaks stand out from the others.

I went there with the expectation that I would not allow the costs of the dishes discourage me; and I didn't. I started with hot sake, which was wonderful. I ordered mackeral and a skewer of scallops wrapped in bacon. I loved both dishes. The only thing I missed was rice being served with the sashimi. The menu indicates the mackeral sushi has rice, of course; but the shashimi mackeral says: "no rice". At other Japanese restaurants sashimi comes with rice. I should have asked the waitress whether I could order some rice ala carte. We finished dinner with Japanese cheese cake and tea. It was wonderful. I look forward to my next visit there.

A lovely experience, except the adjacent tables were loud and the patio when enclosed at night magnifies the sounds. Additionally, we had asked for a specific waiter but he was not working the area we were in, as we were with our service animal. However, the waiter was nearly as excellent as our regular.

What a nice surprise Cork & Fork is. Do not be fouled because it is in a strip mall. Decor is funky yet warm/comfy. Our server was friendly and knowledgable-her recommendations were amazing. Love the sharable menu, you will want to taste everything. Make sure to order at least one Chef’s specials.

Hi, I thought service was really great, server was on top of it and course our meal nicely. We had the Caesar salad and it was really good. Then we got pizza 50/50 (pepperoni & mushroom/broccolini & smoke mozzarella) I thought pizza was great as well, simple flavors done really well. Our pastas were salty, I got the carbonara and I know that this dish is usually salty because of the guanciale but the flavor was not there. We also got the lemon chicken with capers, I thought this pasta could of been better with less capers it was overwhelming of capers. I love that for dessert they got me a happy birthday card and dessert on the house which is really nice thank you for that. I really enjoyed my experience here it is really nice. Hope to see you again

Highest quality cuisine, impeccable service, varied menu, and prices commensurate with that quality. Starting with a selection of tasty breads and a pate (complimentary) that is to die for. Oysters are always a must for me as is the wild mushroom soup. Have explored the menu from the fish specials to pastas to lamb, chicken, and beef dishes. Never a disappointment.

The salads are always awesome---we always split a salad and the flavors are exquisite and it is more than enough for two hungry people. The entree's are to kill for---steaks are dynamite, the chicken dishes moist and flavorful-tonites was half a rotisserie chicken with beautiful mashed potatoes and veg---great for a cold winter nite. Love the scallops and the salmon---and an incredible bacon burger with wonderful crispy fries. For beer lovers, do not miss the Even Par IPA--yumm! Nice wine list. but the real gem are the waitstaff--especially Elena--love her! Friendly, personable, and a true professional! The food is reasonably priced and a good value. Love this place! Will be back in February!

All 4 of the people in our party continually raved over our food. The Christmas Day buffet was superb both in taste and presentation. The ambiance was enjoyable and presented the perfect environment for family celebrations. The room volume was such that we were able to hold a conversation without raising our voices. The live entertainment was wonderful and enjoyed by all of us. We are already talking about returning next year.

Fabulous all around. Rocky was fantastic, everyone who walked by filled our waters or asked if we needed anything or brought us items we had ordered. The food was also perfection. Filet, NY Strip, au gratin potatoes, Szechuan green beans, molten lava cake. A perfect meal and family time. We will return :)

Reviewers on Yelp.com give POM 4&1/2 stars out of 5 and for good reason. The food here is of top quality. Chef Freddy Rieger even gets herbs used for cooking and garnish from the garden just outside the restaurant's French doors. The food is inventive yet hearty and the service is friendly and attentive.

Patrons can also order cocktails here they won't find anywhere else around Palm Springs. How about a Date Martini or a hand-crafted White Sangria?

Al Dente has the best Italian in the area, served in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. The friendly and professional servers are excellent. The pasta with arrabiata sauce is the best I've ever had - and I've been to Italy plenty of times!
