Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.

Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. If you feel that your party requires more time, please let us know in the notes and we will get back to you with our available accommodations.

It's hard to have a bad meal at Joule, where you can safely order anything on the menu and know it will be delicious. Classics like the chorizo rice cakes paired well with new dishes like the roasted asparagus. Cocktails were very tasty as well

Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Favorites on the menu include Fennel Braised Wild Boar Shoulder, Durham Ranch Bison Hangar Steak, and the Oven Roasted Duck Confit.

I consider myself a pretty hard-core "foodie", and Terra Plata is my favorite restaurant for great food, great service, and great vibes in Seattle. Tonight we had a group of 13 for dinner before a show at the Paramount Theater. Our server was attentive and did a perfect job of pacing tje food to get us out the door at the preferred time. I let him choose our courses, and he wisely asked questions around the table about preferences and restrictions before sending out an amazing selection. The food was stellar, as is the norm for Terra Plata. After we finished, I had THREE of my guests come to me to tell me that it was one of the best meals they had ever eaten. Terra Plata really is that good! The Brussels sprouts are a personal favorite and everyone agreed that they were amazing. But there wasn't a single dish that was less than a 5/5 experience. Other highlights were the confit lamb riblets, beef cheek gnocchi, and blistered shishito peppers. If you go to Terra Plata as a group, try ordering family-style so you can taste more options.

The Tin Table has the ambiance of a classic speakeasy. You feel transported to a movie scene with bubbly, crafty cocktails and interesting people all around. The food is delicious and a perfect amount. The music kept the vibe alive and the conversations humming.

One our of favorite places to eat, we again were not disappointed. We all ordered off the special menu tonight, and we all loved our dishes. Our server was super attentive and helpful. The atmosphere is nice for a night out with just your significant other, a group of friends, or even kids (we brought our 15 and 8 year olds). We have never had a disappointing experience here and will be back.

This was everything that I could want in a nice dinner. The ambiance is the epitome of classic cool while being beautiful, cozy and comfortable. I sat in the lounge by the fireplace and it was so cozy. The service was impeccable. Amanda provided excellent recommendations and was very attentive and personable. The food was also outstanding. Truly a memorable meal from start to finish. I already look forward to returning.

All of our servers were polite and efficient, refilling our water a couple of times, which was nice since the carafe was on our table for self service. The lunch portions were hearty and very tasty. I understand server efficiency, but I think it made the room louder than it needed to be. The other half of the restaurant was completely empty so it would have been nice to space us out, particularly the larger groups. All in all an enjoyable meal, though.

Trade seriously blew me away. Maybe I’m easily impressed, but their commitment to giving me a positive experience was incredible. I came here for my anniversary and noted that in the reservation, I figured “Why not?”, even though must restaurants in Boston will not acknowledge your special occasion. The Trade hostess wished us a happy anniversary upon arrival, and after our meal our server brought us chilled rosé. We ordered the bananas foster, which was delicious, and the pastry chef added a candle and wrote “Happy Anniversary” in chocolate sauce on the plate. I thought that each of these things truly made the experience that much more special. Combine these things with an incredible date night atmosphere including perfect lighting, decorations, and music, as well as a well curated menu with delicious options for food and drinks. I will 100% be back. Perfect date spot, and would be great with a group of friends too.

I had such a fantastic experience at Pig and Khao! They were so accommodating to our group--I had to change the reservation a few times and they were really patient with me. The service was above and beyond--they even brought my friend a delicious mocktail on the house since we were all drinking and she didn't have anything. The food was excellent and well-priced. Honestly a fantastic dining experience.

Only issue is service was slow to start, they let us know ahead of time they were running late and they had to seat us 15 minutes after our reservation, that was fine, but then it was another 15 minutes (so 30 minutes after our reservation) before we got any food or drinks, despite giving them our tea order the night before (as requested). So that was disappointing. After that, great! They brought us our food and tea, everything was delicious, and they were very lenient on our leaving time (beyond the extra 15 minutes from the late start), so that was all good. Just wish the start was more prompt!

The service was good and attentive. The beer was good but I wanted a Cosmo and they did not have cranberry juice at the bar today ??? I had the special boneless shortrib slow cooked very flavorfull and tender served on mash potatoe bed nicely presented and tasted great. Food was good value.the apetiser was little goat cheese yuca balls delicious but should have had 2-3 more balls all and all it was a very nice dinner

As a lover of Indian food, Ghee is the perfect place to sample interesting dishes. Three of us had the tasting menu (the whole table must choose this) and every single dish was delicious. We started with the “snacks” and loved them all - the tuna bhel and crispy broccoli were our favorites. Next were the mains which were all very well prepared but our favorite was actually the Dal Makhani. The Chicken Tikka Masala was very flavorful and tender as well. As chocolate lovers I don’t usually get dessert in Indian restaurants but the date cake with ginger ice cream was moist and delicious. Service was efficient and non-intrusive. Great dinner!

Pepper Vine was Fantastic! From excellent service to exceptional tasting food. The yeast rolls are the best rolls ever! We had the oysters, gem salad, mushroom pasta, and shrimp pasta! Charcut came to us as a local favorite while visiting in Calgary. It completely lived up to expectations. The ambience is warm and contemporary, and the food is excellent, with a focus on local meats and produce. The wine list is terrific, especially on Wednesdays when it is 50% off. I really love this little bistro. It's a bit out the way whenever I am in Memphis, but I make it a point to stop at Pepper and grab something on the go or dine-in for dinner. I had the French Mustard Chicken Thighs and Brandy Sweet Potato Pie. It was all delicious. The bistro is sort of rustic. It appears to be a work in progress, but I look forward to dining again very soon. Oh yes, try the Lavender and Earl Grey Tea cookies when you visit!
