The staff were very friendly and efficient. We all enjoyed our appetizers and entrees. They were quite delicious from the felafel and mixed green salad to the prawns in curry, lobster in pasta & butter chicken. They were quite prices were high probably typical for a hotel restaurant.

The Tomahawk Steak was grilled to perfection, the sides very tasty and the dips good but to small. Grilled Ananas for desert was an experience. The Amarone was average and the Mader digestives excellent. Overall a great Saturday evening dining with great value for money. We will be back.

Wir kennen unsere Zulieferer und suchen für unsere Gäste in Mauchen (Stadt Stühlingen) die beste Ware aus der Umgebung. Dabei bleiben wir bodenständig, reifen unsere Gerichte immer weiter aus und verschließen uns auch vor nichts Neuem. Im modernen Gastraum, der 2013 renoviert wurde, dominieren heimische Hölzer wie Lärche oder Eiche und weitere natürliche Materialien wie der Kalksandstein. Vor unserem Restaurant lockt eine kleine Gartenterrasse zum Verweilen.Als familienfreundliches Restaurant kommen bei uns die kleinen Gäste natürlich auch nicht zu kurz. Neben unserem Stammhaus befindet sich ein Spielplatz, der keine Langeweile aufkommen lässt.

Original German dishes. Nice Biergarten and indoor space. Very good service and steady food quality. Excellent, high-quality ingredients - using seasonal and regional as well. House-beer also very good. Nice setting in the countryside with lots of parking space. Have visited more than ten times and will keep on visiting.

If this is a fusion of Turkish cuisine and middle east or mediterrian, they definitely observe more because Cikofte was not a cikofte and we waited for 5-10 min for sit our table and it was actually not good and also in Turkey, Turkish tea is giving at the end of meal for free.

We highly recommend Brasserie Ignaz. We planned a one-day visit to Konstanz and read about Brasserie Ignaz online and decided to make reservations based on the menu. The food, atmosphere and service were great. The steak frites was outstanding and the wild broccoli was fresh and perfectly prepared. We were so happy we sat at the bar to dine because we were able to talk with Charlotte who made some great recommendations for food and cocktails made with gin from the brasserie's extensive list. Charlotte was very nice. When we return to the area, we will definitely return to Brasserie Ignaz.

Overall good experience and service. Can be bit noisy and tables are close together, so maybe something to consider for those looking for more private dining experiences. Food was top quality and fresh . Toilet access is upstairs and were clean and pleasant. casual dress will be the recommendation.
