We have been to Longitude 315 many time, but our experience this time was horrible. Although the food was good, the service was the worst I have experienced in a restaurant. It started out fine with the waiter being attentive, but once we ordered our initial appetizers, which came quickly (and wrong), he never stopped by our table to check on us. We had to flag him down to take the rest of our order. After an hour we had to flag him down again to find out where our food was. After our food finally came, we had to physically grab him as he rushed past our table. When he turned he said, you have your food, what else do you need. We reminded him that he had not brought our beverages and that it took an hour for the food to arrive. He was very rude, did not apologize for the delay and just said we have a party upstairs. The restaurant was also unbearably loud. Needless to say, we will not be back anytime soon.

My wife and I ate here a year ago and were told that a several items were gluten free (such as the mashed potatoes, Colombian (corn) empanadas, and plantains). All of these items are also listed on their menu as being in gluten free or served as part of dishes that are listed as gluten free. Not that they can be made gluten free — but that they are gluten free. We returned this year and were told by our server that those items are actually deep fried in the same oil as everything else. I don’t think anyone with food allergen experience would suggest that food that has been deep fried with gluten is gluten free. The food is fine enough, but it was disappointing to learn that the restaurant either became less celiac friendly or provided inaccurate allergy information on the menu and the first time we visited.

We had a reservation for six, we were seated upstairs at a massively wide chefs table for 12. We were seated on one end and it was wide and very difficult to talk. They should have told us this was the arrangement we made the reservation. The service was terrible. The waiter was barely upstairs and seemed annoyed and just too busy for us. The food was very good. But for the price we paid, and the service we received… We will not be returning.

We've eaten here a bunch over the years and never had a bad experience. It can get a little loud so be prepared for that. Service is engaged and professional and friendly. Food is amazing!!!!

It was a nice restaurant to visit. Little bit too expensive for the quality of the food though. May come back again. I would give it 7/10.
