   Food was wonderful.However,,wI was supposed to get Pasta with the fish. We never received it. We asked a couple of times with no results. The waitress took it off the bill and we were not charged. Other than that we do enjoy going there.

   A Christmas get together with friends went perfect except for a long wait for the table to clear to honor our reservation. I understand you can’t run people off and sometimes you don’t have control of situations like that. However, it was more than 5 times that you told our party of 8 “5 more minutes”. Food was delicious. Service (ask for Christian) was fantastic.

   Overall, our experience was great as always. But we did have to wait 25-30 minutes for our food after order ( party of 2) which is not what we are used to.

   My first time eating here. Food was delicious! We had a show to get to and even though it was extremely crowded, (all reservations) the team did a fantastic job getting us in and out to our show on time. We never felt rushed, the food just had an incredibly fast turnaround from order to service, and was excellent! Will be back again!

   I would have given our experience a negative number of stars because of service and food quality issues, but it was very busy that night after a show and the manager made it right for us. That matters. We have friends that say that this restaurant is very good so we will likely give it another try in the future.

   Small snafu in the kitchen and we didn’t get our food in an appropriate amount of time, we had to throw it down because we’re going to a concert across the street, but things happen. Been there many times and never happened before so I’ll forgive them this time but love Luciano I will be back.

   Food was amazing, but the service was tremendously lacking. From the hostesses to the servers, our service was below desireable.
