We have been going to the holiday brunch for over 20 years. This is the first time we have been disappointed. The service was fair to poor, even though the area we were in had many empty tables. The appetizers were good as usual, but the beef and turkey was very bad. They were cold, and it appeared the staff was unwilling to bring out more/fresh entrees. There is no way I would have tipped 20% given the service we received, yet it was not an option as it was pre-posted on the bill. $100/person for what we received was extremely disappointing. This may be our last year at your event

We come every year to the Santa brunch and enjoy the food and service. Great for both kids and adults, lots of photo opportunities. We will keep coming back.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was polite and courteous. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. the food is a little different than I experienced before. It was good. They used to have more options to the buffet . The turkey ham and fruit was delicious. They had three different salads that were all wonderful.

First time at Drury Lane - the ambiance and holiday decor is beautiful. The food was mediocre and service was ok. We were seeing The Little Mermaid after lunch and the convenience could not be beat. If I was seeing another show, I would consider returning, but would not go otherwise.

The waitress was very kind and helpful but the overall experience was not good. We had a 1.30 reservation. We were seated right away and did not get tea until 3:07. The manager gave a discount to us but I would not recommend the Holiday Tea. There were a lot of tables that had to talk with a manager.
