We concentrate on raw and cold applications of fresh exotic seafood as well as cooked and vegetarian courses utilizing the same high quality ingredients. We are creating simple and traditional sushi cuisine with Peruvian and Spanish influences. We are the only restaurant in NC to make the Opentable top 100 restaurants in 2021.

Join us New Year's Eve for a special seven course omakase menu prepared from our talented Chef Saw! We will have both Regular and Vegan omakase options and a beverage pairing available when you arrive. This will be a ticketed event with only the set menu as option for dinner. Please state in your reservation how many would like to do the regular menu and how many would like the vegan. The dinner is $175 a person, (plus tax and gratuity) there will be an option to add on wine pairings the night of, or you can order from our regular drink menu.

We loved M Sushi before the menu change. Their ginger peach mules were the best I’ve ever had, but they took it off the menu. And this time my favorite sushi roll (Twisted Mango) had a Serrano pepper in place of the usual jalapeño pepper, which made it way too hot. Just not the same. 😢

The best sushi in the Triangle! Love their omakase options, particularly the nigiri omakase that lets the fish truly shine. And the staff was super friendly as always! Will definitely be back many, many times.

The sushi is the best in the region. Fresh and thoughtfully presented. We drove 3.5 hours specifically to eat at M Sushi.

Food was for the most part very good. Service was average, but did a good job answering questions. Food ordered and rating: Dumplings: 10/10 must have Black cod: 9/10 very very good Nigiri omakase: 7/10 some pieces were very wasabi heavy, some delicious, some underwhelming Miso soup: 8/10 great broth and tofu but I love seaweed in my miso and it was missing (personal gripe) Bento: 8/10 unagi don delicious, roll very good nigiri good, croquette good, sashimi delicious, seaweed salad good Yuzu semifreddo: 10/10 delicious completely bumped up the whole dinner and perfectly bookended the otherwise “very good” meal with the dumplings

We really had a nice time dining at M sushi. The bar was lovely and our neighbor recommended a few things and they turned out perfect. Our server was awesome too and we will definitely come back again.
