This was my birthday celebration supper with my best girl friends. We only all get together on rare occasions because for work schedules, family life and we all live away from each other. It was my birthday so I got to choose the location. Last year we ate here at Magnum and Stiens and it was amazing meal, and service, so of course I wanted to come back here. We were very disappointed. Three of us ordered the special which was the Salmon. Presentation looked lovely and it did taste nice, however when we all cut into the center of the Salmon it was raw!! The waiter asked if we wanted it reheated ….. or a fresh one. He removed our plates and we decided to order something different to be safe, I ordered poutine, my other friends ordered a salad and fish tacos. Being my birthday supper I didn’t really want poutine, that is why I chose this restaurant for a unique experience. They offered some extra bread while we waited, but no complementary drink, or an offer to reduce our bill in anyway…….. so sad to have to write this as my experience as I was expecting so much more…..

The halibut was cooked perfectly and went well with the gnocchi. An ample slice of carrot cake at the end of the meal was perfect for sharing.

From the moment we walked through the doors it was five star experience. Our server was friendly and well informed about the menu. The food was incredible. The atmosphere made it the ideal location for date night.

We went there for my birthday. It was me and my partner. We waited over an hour for appetizers and around 45min for entrees. Long wait times on food. Now, service was great. The FOH manager/server came by and ensure we were doing OK and apologized for the wait times, she was great and funny. She took care of our desserts which was nice. Not sure what's going on in the BOH scene but an hour for appetizer was kind of unreal. Our server was absolutely fantastic. She was very attentive and on top of everything.

Beautiful dining room with lots of character. The food was delicious, presentation lovely and not over salted. Gracious staff and a wonderful girls night out. I can’t wait to go back!
