Convient parking if early. Nice atmosphere Good food friendly staff. Busy early for Friday night. Gets very noisy if your a senior. Tables a bit small if ordering several plates. Good drinks a bit weak.

The food was amazing!!! Worth the trip. Our only issue was the noise level. We could barely hear each other talking.

This was my 3rd time here and I was disappointed. Not sure if it was a bad night...different staff or what. I had a party of two. And we were placed in a corner booth...which was fine. But the table was so tiny. It was so hard trying to place our drinks, meals, guac and chips in such a way that they wouldn't fall off the table. Why they placed us there when there were other tables available that seemed to be larger...I don't understand. Additionally, as soon as we were seated we asked for guacamole and chips. The waitress said there was a woman who would come by make it right at the table. 10, 15 minutes go by and nothing. Yet, a couple was seated right across from us, came in after us, and they actually tapped the woman on the shoulder who makes the guacamole and within minutes of arriving they had a bowl of guacamole. After making theirs the woman came over to pur table to start our guacamole. And finally, we were seated right across from the kitchen. So we were inhaling all of the fabuloso products used for mopping the restaurant. For those who are sensitive to fumes can understand how breathing this in while eating drastically takes away from your meal.

The food, drinks and service were great. Only complaint is the music was way too loud for a restaurant and all the tables are really close together. My husband next to me couldn't hear what I was saying unless we leaned closer to eachother so we barely talked.

Our experience at Mago Cantina was amazing! Mago was our son’s choice for his 25th birthday and he chose really well. The flautas de birria appetizer was so good I almost ordered it again as my dinner, and the table side guac was so fresh and delicious! Each of our dinners was phenomenal, from fish tacos to filet medallions with house made mole. For dessert, we got the churro cart (oh my gosh!), at which time our amazing server, Jose F, brought out a bottle with lit sparklers, a sombrero for the birthday boy and a group of servers to sing! We can’t say enough about how fantastic Mago was, and so much praise goes to Jose who stayed on top of everything! He made a fantastic experience even more memorable.

The food is good but a bit overpriced for Mexican cuisine. Great ambience and service.

Mago Grill is a reliably great place for dinner. We go there often because their service and food can't be beat! This time we went for my birthday and had the salmon with coconut mole and asparagus--a delicious but healthy choice. I've never found coconut mole anyplace else but Mago has 5 different moles every day--all made in house. For my birthday they put a sombrero on my head and brought me a sparkler and treat and the servers all sang happy birthday. It was great fun!

1st time there in quite some time. Seems the food quality has slipped and the service was not the best. The place does have nice vibes, however.

We had a reservation at 7pm. We were seated right away, but took at least 20 min. to be attended to for drinks and appetizers. Main entree was received cold and the Mexican rice had vegetables in it, that were raw/crunchy. Mai Tais were good but that was about it.
