   Exceptional Dining Experience at Maple & Ash My recent visit to Maple & Ash was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, our host Jamie made the experience truly unforgettable. His warm welcome, attentiveness, and expert recommendations elevated the evening, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant is both sophisticated and inviting, striking the perfect balance between upscale elegance and a lively, comfortable atmosphere. Jamie’s genuine hospitality made us feel like VIP guests, adding a personal touch that made the night extra special. Now, onto the food—absolutely outstanding! The lamb was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and bursting with rich flavor. The seafood risotto was equally impressive, with a creamy texture and perfectly balanced seafood flavors that left us savoring every bite. Each dish showcased the kitchen’s skill and commitment to quality. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and cuisine at Maple & Ash exceeded all expectations. Jamie’s hospitality was the highlight of the night, and I highly recommend requesting him if you’re looking for a top-tier dining experience. Can’t wait to return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Waited 45 mins for our BOOKED table at 7:15. Didn’t sit down until 8:00. Waiter was genuinely terrible and didn’t refill our waters ever. Had to ask. Did offer more drinks, ask how food was, put proper cutlery down etc. He dropped our check while main courses were still oit and we were still eating clearly. Table next to us was obnoxious and loud and did not help the sutuation. Really poor experience. Waiter ruined it mainly.

   Food and service were both great. Music was to loud in dinning room, and tables were to close together.

   10/10 on all fronts; unbelievable experience and truly a work of genius. I genuinely do not think there is one way in which this dinner could have been any better! My wife and I were so impressed

   Delicious food and hospitality with the restaurant. They did provide a complimentary drink, app and bread which was refreshing in today’s environment but you do essentially pay for it with the food and drink prices. There was an employee benefits charge on the receipt for $12 which seems to be common around downtown chicago area with fine dining. Spent around $500 for two people with each of us ordering one drink, small seafood tower that included one large prawn, clams, and one scallop. Bf ordered a ribeye which was absolutely delicious and melted in your mouth. Side of Mac and cheese was delicious with some citrus flavor and the dessert was good. The prawn was also delicious but not sure that a prawn, clams and one scallop warrants $120. However overall dining experience and food taste was amazing.

    Amazing service and food. Went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and they did a phenomenal job making her feel special. Sarah was our server and she was exceptional. We also took our teenage boys and she also made them feel special. I was impressed and my expectations were surpassed. Will definitely be back.
