   Our experience at Maple and Ash was excellent. Our server Javie was very attentive with us and made us laugh throughout our stay. The service was overall amazing and the food was up to par. I would recommend this place to anyone specially for a birthday!

   This restaurant was buzzing on a Wednesday. So much so, that we were not able to hear each other across our 3 person table. So conversation was very limited. Our server was awful! She was very fake and we felt rushed to get us to order. And once we took our last bites she was there to clear the table before I even could put my fork down. The food was good. The ribeye came out terrific as did the salmon. The prawn cocktail was presented very well, though very chewy. The bone marrow was not as good as I remember it last year. The hamachi ponzu was terrific. I don’t think I will recommend this restaurant anytime soon.

   Exceptional Dining Experience at Maple & Ash My recent visit to Maple & Ash was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, our host Jamie made the experience truly unforgettable. His warm welcome, attentiveness, and expert recommendations elevated the evening, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant is both sophisticated and inviting, striking the perfect balance between upscale elegance and a lively, comfortable atmosphere. Jamie’s genuine hospitality made us feel like VIP guests, adding a personal touch that made the night extra special. Now, onto the food—absolutely outstanding! The lamb was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and bursting with rich flavor. The seafood risotto was equally impressive, with a creamy texture and perfectly balanced seafood flavors that left us savoring every bite. Each dish showcased the kitchen’s skill and commitment to quality. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and cuisine at Maple & Ash exceeded all expectations.    Waited 45 mins for our BOOKED table at 7:15. Didn’t sit down until 8:00. Waiter was genuinely terrible and didn’t refill our waters ever. Had to ask. Did offer more drinks, ask how food was, put proper cutlery down etc. He dropped our check while main courses were still oit and we were still eating clearly. Table next to us was obnoxious and loud and did not help the sutuation. Really poor experience. Waiter ruined it mainly.
