The Vintner Grill is another venue located in the tony Summerlin district of Las Vegas, but it's the only one to offer guests an outdoor cabana. Though the dining fare is more "New Mediterranean" in its style, its drink menu includes more than 400 choices of wines from Germany, New Zealand, and Austria. The ambiance here is pretty cool. It has a very modern industrial look to it however the lighting is very dim. We are all in our 30’s and felt like we needed a reading light to see the menu lol. We did have a hard time finding the place but that’s consistent with every restaurant inside a casino in Vegas just make time for that if you have a reservation! We came here for breakfast. Our food was good. Nothing to write home about but overall good. Cons: The chicken (which is what they are known for) on all of our dishes wasn’t very crispy. It’s fried chicken so that was a little disappointing. the hash-browns look good but also weren’t crispy and flavor was 2/10. The Bloody Mary was good but seemed to have an off after taste. Pros: The mimosa with fresh squeezed orange juice was 10/10. Biscuits and gravy were delicious. Gravy had amazing flavor. The eggs were perfectly cooked, drinks were consistently refilled and empty plates removed in a timely manner. Our server was friendly and efficient. Overall it’s was a good experience.

From the minute we walked up, the service was excellent. Every staff member was professional and friendly. All of the food came out at the perfect time. Every dish was amazing! We started with the lobster bisque. Had the crab cake next followed by the bibb lettuce . Our entree was the filet with the Brussel sprouts.

Our server - Kevin - was fantastic, making the dinner special for us. The food was very, very good. I would’ve like my steak cooked a bit more, but I didn’t say anything at the time. A special ‘birthday’ desert was given to me by Kevin on behalf of the restaurant. Special and tasty! Overall, the experience was as good as expected. We can’t wait to go back again.
