    Chef Peter Schintler will be offering a tasting menu in harmony with the season. Reservations of 5 or less will enjoy a 5 course dinner priced at $159.00. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu priced at $179.00, the 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. Prices are per seat and applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. Marmalade does not offer a la carte. To meet demand the dinner will last 2 hours and 45 minutes. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. FOR A SMOOTH SERVICE, NO SPLIT CHECKS.

Due to extensive renovations our cocktail program is not available, wines available. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $139.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience.     To celebrate Valentine’s day Chef Peter Schintler will offer a unique multi course gastronomic tasting menu inspired by the season priced at $289.00 per seat inclusive of wine pairings. Price is per seat and applies to all guests. Marmalade does not offer a la carte and is an adult experience, we do not have high-chairs, changing tables, nor room for strollers.     If I could give more stars, I would. This is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The service, food, and ambiance were outstanding. If I ever come back to San Juan, I will definitely visit here again!

    I was here about 15 years ago when my family stumbled upon it by accident on Thanksgiving Day. With 2 teenage daughters active in sports, we found Thanksgiving the best time to get away for family time but hadn't planned where we would eat. We were made to feel quite welcome even without a reservation at that time, the restaurant was new and the area up and coming. To come back 15 years later and see the progress and still the attention to detail is glorious. Be sure to make a reservation as you don't want to miss out! My family was dazzled by the use of food, color, tastes and combinations to this day they remember. The ambiance created by the decorating, the staff start to finish and of course the meal that is topic of conversation years to come. Thank you Marmalade!!
