   The food was all amazing and in a very cozy setting. It is what service used to be. I’m convinced there it is not Michelin starred only because Michelin stars are unavailable in the Caribbean. We couldn’t finish our five courses and they invited us back the next day so we could properly enjoy the rest of our meal at no extra cost. Amazing!

   A frequent diner and have travelled the world and this is perhaps my best culinary experience. The wine pairings were exceptional and we personally met Peter, the chef owner. This is definitely a go to.

   While it was a pricey meal, it was 100% worth it. Each course was absolutely amazing with exactly zero misses. Standouts include the tiny white bean soup, the halibut, and the black garlic gnocchi. Service was outstanding, and they did a lot to make things feel special.

   A dining experience!! Wonderful food, and service. Wine portions are ample and after all courses, we were quite full and very pleased. When in old Old San Juan, Marmalade is a must.

   Marmalade is a good fine dining restaurant. The way the menu is structured allows you, the customer, to create your own taster menu from a good range of dishes which is great. The food on the whole is good, however we got one dish, Duck Duck Goose, which was lukewarm warm, and the Saffron linguini dish was bland The wine however was excellent. Really good choices to partner the dishes. The staff were helpful. Even the Chef came and spoke to us. He offered to cook the linguini again for us which was very kind. So overall it was a good experience, but not amazing. Felt overpriced for what it was. There are better restaurants that are cheaper and offer more flavour in the town.

    Exceptional food and service. Definitely not cheap, but worth it for the special occasion splurge. The toughest part was choosing from so many incredible choices for each course, you really can’t go wrong no matter the final decision.
