   While it was a pricey meal, it was 100% worth it. Each course was absolutely amazing with exactly zero misses. Standouts include the tiny white bean soup, the halibut, and the black garlic gnocchi. Service was outstanding, and they did a lot to make things feel special.

   A dining experience!! Wonderful food, and service. Wine portions are ample and after all courses, we were quite full and very pleased. When in old Old San Juan, Marmalade is a must.

   Marmalade is a good fine dining restaurant. The way the menu is structured allows you, the customer, to create your own taster menu from a good range of dishes which is great. The food on the whole is good, however we got one dish, Duck Duck Goose, which was lukewarm warm, and the Saffron linguini dish was bland The wine however was excellent. Really good choices to partner the dishes. The staff were helpful. Even the Chef came and spoke to us. He offered to cook the linguini again for us which was very kind. So overall it was a good experience, but not amazing. Felt overpriced for what it was. There are better restaurants that are cheaper and offer more flavour in the town.

   Exceptional food and service. Definitely not cheap, but worth it for the special occasion splurge. The toughest part was choosing from so many incredible choices for each course, you really can’t go wrong no matter the final decision.

    I was here with friends about a year ago ago and decided to return on a solo business trip. AMAZING as it was last year. The ambiance, every course, service - all A+ and truly Michelin worthy. And I don’t say that without meaning it. I’ve told friends it’s worth a weekend trip for the experience.
