Featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, Matsuhisa Denver anchors the ground floor of the Steele Creek luxury apartment building in Cherry Creek, Denver’s premier shopping, restaurant, and entertainment district. Our 7,800 square foot dining room is open for dinner service from 5pm nightly. Takeout available nightly from 5-9pm.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s world-famous cuisine draws influence from his classical training in Tokyo and his life abroad in Peru, Argentina, and around the world, showcasing signature dishes such as Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Black Cod Miso and Whitefish Tiradito.

It’s our 5th time and here did not disappoint. Omakase menu is a way to go (pricey for sure) and server Nick is excellent. Nip picking : have to ask for chopsticks and candles but shouldn’t have to when price per person will be in the range of $250.

I have only been here three times. I cannot afford it too often, but when I can, it is always worth it. Fantastic service, amazing food… And it always helps to bring wonderful company! If you want a sushi restaurant, don’t come here. If you want an extraordinary sushi restaurant, this is your place!
