   Matt's Rotisserie in Redmond truly stands out as a culinary destination. Their innovative menu offers a delightful twist on classic dishes, and I was especially impressed by the Rotisserie Salt & Pepper Half Chicken and the fresh oysters. Both were irresistibly delicious! Whether you're a devoted foodie or a wine enthusiast, I highly recommend visiting Matt's Rotisserie. Great service and excellent atmosphere! Can’t wait to come back!

   So much to say about the terrible service. Server was lucky I was in restaurant industry for 11 years to get a decent tip that wasn’t deserved. I looked around this place and it was dead on a Friday night. Same as last week. We’ve been coming here for years. Almost all new faces to us now. Turn over is never good. I was wondering if a recession was looming and no one coming out, or was this place going down hill at a steep slope. Three minutes in and I drank my water. Not a single soul asked if we needed water the whole night - never refilled water, never came by. Mind you, the place is empty. Our server disappeared for long periods. No where on the floor and not visibly in the back - he was gone. Asked for milk and anchovies when our salads were brought to the table. Both my boys are their entire salads and we were still waiting for milk and anchovies. We had to ask another server to bring it. Again, the place is dead. Their salad plates and spent drinks sit on the table edge and in my way while I work to finish my salad seeing our food in the window. Our food sat in the window, for a long time. Waiting for…… a prime rib. A prime rib that gets cut and dipped in au jus and plated - medium rare - a one minute dish. So they brought the food. The food was actually great. The heat lamps didn’t burn or scorch the food to my surprise. I had curry king salmon. Hot spicy for me, but great flavor and heat. Still down to no water, one sip left on my white wine…. I wait. Never does the server come back to the table, check if the food is okay, want water? ANYTHING? Another server brings water to the table next to us because they ask for it. Is there a shortage of water at Matt’s that we are all it aware of? Again, the place is dead. I have to go to the bar with my empty water glass and ask for water, and I order another wine from the bartender. As I’m waiting for the wine, the server comes up to me at the bar and asks if he can get me anything. Nope. No recession yet, downhill

   I used to work in the area and Matt's was our go-to place. I moved to a different job and hadn't been to Matt's for a few years. It's still the best! Casual, comfortable, clean and great ambiance. The food is always good, and it was today as well. And the staff were amazing. Friendly, professional, efficient. It was a great experience and we'll be back.

   Waitress seemed severely overwhelmed which we expected on Valentine’s Day but she rarely checked on us which I don’t blame her because she seem overwhelmed. Our drinks were brought out way after our appetizer which again we weren’t expecting great service because of the day but I just feel way over spent for the service we got.

   It was a fine dining experience. However, the three of us that enjoyed the oysters had serious stomach distress the next couple of days. Two others that didn’t have oysters were fine.

   The food was delicious and everyone who worked there was friendly. I will definitely recommend to others and will return. They have good GF options on their menu also.

    Jonathan is the best server! Represents customer service at its highest! Please have kitchen completely remake a salad when someone has an allergy they missed. My salad still had blue cheese on it after they claimed they remade it. I am allergic to all dairy.
