Established in 2012, The Max Enk is a small restaurant that is located in Leipzig City. With room to seat just more than 60 guests, the staff at The Max Enk make it their top priority to ensure that all guests are receiving impeccable service and a delicious meal. The restaurant is decorated quite simply, with white walls and long harvest style tables. Das Restaurant Max Enk überzeugt mit hervorragendem Essen und einem exzellenten Service. Besonders die Crêpes Suzette waren ein wahrer Traum und haben den Abend perfekt abgerundet.

Das Ambiente ist zurückhaltend und angenehm. Ich hatte das "Max"-Menü. Die Gänge waren allesamt gut zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Die Weinbegleitung war sehr passend. Der Service war sehr freundlich und sehr angenehm. Das letzte Quäntchen an Professionalität fehlt vielleicht manchmal, aber alles sehr sympathisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Sommelier. Sehr kompetent, hervorragende Weinauswahl und man merkt das Herzblut und die Begeisterung für die Weine und Spirituosen, die serviert werden. Ich habe mich den ganzen Abend sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und hatte einen sehr schönen Abend. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert und im besten Sinne preiswert.

Eine absolute Empfehlung in dieser Stadt! Außergewöhnlicher toller Service mit einem Gespür für die Wünsche der Gäste( tausend Dank Deyan !), sehr tolle Qualität der Rohstoffe aus regionalem Bezug und ein absoluter Genuss von allem was wir kredenzt bekommen hatten! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
