   Such delicious food! I had the sea bass and it was succulent. My daughter had the catfish and it was delicious. The fries that came with it was very spicy. The shrimp and scallops were enjoyed by my friend. Yum. We started our meal with six fresh oysters which were very good and ended the meal with the crème brûlée. Double yum! Definitely will come back!

   This place is loud! And I don't enjoy that at all. My reservation was for 6:45. I arrived a few minutes early and was told it would be ready soon. I didn't get seated until after 7. Other people were obviously unhappy with the delays in seating as well. However, once I was seated, the food and service were excellent! It was service with a smile by each and every person. The Gulf oysters were fantastic! As was the Caesar salad, and the crawfish & shrimp etoufee. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the meal was delicious. But I'm not sure I would go back because of the noise level.

   We had an 8:00 reservation and our event ended sooner than expected. I called and asked if we could move the reservation up to 6:30 and they were more than happy to accommodate our group. Zach was our server and was very attentive. The drinks did take a little longer than normal, but not too bad. The food was 4 out of 5. The Honey Balsamic Salmon was delicious. The lemon risotto was a little wet but still very tasty. The wedge salad was perfect! nice chunks of blue cheese on the salad as well as in the dressing. The seafood gumbo is normally very good but was our least favorite part of the meal. We'll definitely continue to visit as this is one of favorite spots in NB.

   I ordered the lunch special that included 2 choices for $15. I ordered the seafood gumbo and coconut shrimp. There was a small cup of gumbo, which was very tasty and 2 coconut shrimp on a small bed of lettuce and a few shreds of cabbage. The shrimp were good but I expected a little more. Would not order that again.

   Excellent service, food was amazing, drinks were immaculate I'd only ask if we had more time to enjoy the drinks before the food arrived but that's no real issue, we order and the food came in a nice timely manner. Overall an awesome experience. We shall be returning

   We had an enjoyable dinner at McAdoo’s. Eric was our waiter and he was great! We let him know we had some time constraints at the beginning of the meal and he did a fantastic job keeping us on track. The food was delicious!

    We just celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary at McAdoo’s. It’s my favorite New Braunfels restaurant! The Seafood Fondue appetizer was to die for!..creamy, rich and delicious!! It could be shared with at least 4 people, but the two of us did pretty much finish it off! The wedge salad was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of dressing, bacon, red onions and tomatoes. And the portion was large!…3 or 4 people could have split this before a meal! The cup of clam chowder that my husband ordered was surprisingly good (I don’t always like clam chowder). I had the Mahi Mahi Bourdeaux, which I get every single time I go here. The fish is always perfectly cooked, and the creamy sauce is delicious! My husband had the Cajun pasta and it was a hit!..very flavorful without being too spicy. For dessert, we had the chocolate chip bread pudding, which was warm and melty goodness, and key lime pie, which was good…but not the best I’ve every had ( just keeping it real ). The restaurant was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and our server was amazing as always. McAdoo’s never disappoints
