The East Coast flagship of the acclaimed MICHELIN-Recommended Miku Restaurant from Vancouver.

Miku specializes in Aburi (flame-seared) Sushi, premium seafood, & A5 wagyu steak. Our menu blends Japanese culinary traditions with local ingredients. Our chefs creatively pair sushi with distinctive, house-made sauces, amplified by a binchotan (oak charcoal) flame sear, crafting sushi with a signature smoky flavour, and entrées using premium seasonal ingredients from Japan.

Alongside our esteemed culinary creations, we take great pride that within our restaurant group, ABURI Hana in Yorkville, Toronto has earned a coveted MICHELIN star.

We are known for the iconic Aburi Salmon Oshi Sushi and seasonal tasting menus. Choose from a 6-course tasting menu or a 7-course Kaiseki experience for dinner, or fresh oysters with a Chef's Select lunch set. Complementing your meal with an extensive selection of sake, wine, & Japanese cocktails.

    Is the most yummy and exited food experience in a Japanese restaurant we ever had, each bite melts in your mouth. Each piece is a culinary piece of art. Highly recommend picking the chef’s selection, deserts and cocktails are amazing. I love the Āmondo cocktail, it was delicious. Exceptional service from Roy is also added to the great experience we have today 😉

    We had the most horrible new year experience. $200 per person for average quality food and the most rude manager. @miku management please change your manager. He speaks to customer as if he is doing them a favor; as if they are favored that they can eat at Miku!

    Miku no longer as good as in years past. Thought we’d give it another try after 2022 post-covid visit. 6 of us came before a Leafs game. Sushi fixed price menu $98/person was excellent. I don’t recommend the other fixed price menu $175./person. They served me my seafood bouillabaisse in a plastic bag tied up like a dumpling! How awful! Ok they say the bag was BPA free but don’t they realize it’s still a plastic bag made of chemicals that decompose in high heat into your hot food ?!?! Hell, if I wanted a boil in a bag meal, I could’ve made that myself without paying stratospheric prices! Wine was highway robbery for the quality. Service was indifferent. We loved the ambience in the 6-person booth beside the window with perfect view of the bar & the TV screens showing sports. We will need to find an alternative to Miku after this last visit.

    Love it so much, as always! The Japanese chicken thighs, the seared salmon and seared prawn sushi - yum. Our server, Mike, was outstanding! ❤️

    Awesome experience. Our waiter ordered for us. He brought a great assortment of sashimi and sushi, we split two different glasses of saki and had a dessert. Bill was $260 for two plus tip, but for the quality and variety of food it was worth it as a special occasion dinner.

    Amazing service, amazing food, the aburi sushi is out of this world. We had the pleasure of an amazing server(Savannah)She was so informative, polite & pleasant. What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon, indulging in a nice bottle of wine, and amazing sushi.
