   The food is delicious, but the music is so loud you can’t hear to talk. The service is very slow.

   Food and service were fine. Wine list needs adjustment. Almost all reds by the glass are California based. Need to add some non-US options.

   Overall experience was pretty disappointing. Walking in excited to try this restaurant with a loved one. Ordered the Valentines day special. Chicken skewer appetizers were amazing and made me want to repeat the experience as a returned customer again however the main course steak was very disappointing. Garnish was bland and steak was very chewy my spouse couldn't finish her meal. Between courses was a very long wait approximately 30 or more minutes between courses and asked for bill and desert to go at this point. Waitress didn't ask how were things if the meal was good. I understand it was a busy night but when people coming in after us and leaving before us, I was not impressed that it took a total of 2 hours Between 9 to 11 pm for us to have dinner.

   Great place to go for good food before an Ottawa Charge PWHL game! We'll definitely choose this restaurant next time, if we can. Our server was lovely and attentive, although we lost her for a bit at the end of the meal when we needed to pay the bill and get to the game. Our fault, I guess, because we were lolligagging a bit as well. Although it was far from packed, with only every other table or so seated, and we were sitting next to a partition, we still found it loud. Milestones loves the ceramic flooring and metal surfaces--the decor lends itself to noisiness. We shared the chicken wing appetizer and the 16oz rib steak and there was plenty of food for the both of us. Chicken wings were dry and the steak, well, decent for a restaurant. I love to cook and smoke food and the DH loves to BBQ, so always compare the restaurant's quality to ours, and this was a meal we could do better. However, still wayyyyy better than most restaurants of this ilk (chain, etc.), and, like I said, we will go back to this one at Lansdowne.

   The service was great, but the 7 oz steak I ordered was tiny, blackened and tough on the outside (med rare on the inside as requested though). It was tough to saw into. Fries were tasteless, vegetables undercooked. Considering the cost, not a great meal. First time I was disappointed by Milestones

    Unfortunately, the service was very very slow. 20 minutes to get a piece of cake and we had to ask for it. One of us wanted pork chops, which was on the menu, but told they have been on back order for some time. It was also cold, under the table, in the back south/west corner. We arrived early and were seated, however, I received texts asking if I was still coming and when I tried calling to advise, we had already been served, no one answered. I still don’t think they knew we showed and weren’t a ‘no show’.
