    Wow!!! Deep thanks to our server Akane for the wonderful experience we had while eating our Taste of Minami menu for me and my sister’s birthdays. Akane was lovely, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about what the dishes were, and her speed as well as anticipating what we needed was impeccable. Each bite was absolutely telling of the meticulous way the chefs cook their dishes, and I 100% tasted authentic Japanese cuisine with the Pacific Northwestern touch. My FAVE dishes? All of them; in particular I really enjoyed the bluefin redwave roll and Aburi Oshi—it was like a party in my stomach! Never tasted Bluefin Akami before so when I did, I was mindblown—the sashimi and nigiri meat simply melted on my tongue. Thanks so much Akane and Minami! Definitely coming back again 💞💞💞

    My friend and I really enjoyed our lunch. The food we ordered are really delicious including the dessert. The ambiance is really nice. The best Japanese restaurant so far. Highly recommend and we will come back for sure.
