spinach -artichoke dip was an excellent appetizer. Overall our experience Just not quite up to previous memories. Booth for three cramped with very little foot space. Mistake in side dish corrected quickly. Key lime pie lacked flavor. The atmosphere remains very appealing

Service was efficient to a fault. My husband and I were rushed through our Valentine's weekend dinner. Seating to check delivery took approximately 35 minutes. My husband's potatoes were instant potatoes and his steak was overdone. We had higher expectations for Minerva's. Nobody acknowledged us as we left. We will not be returning as we would receive more personable service, higher quality food and better ambience for the same price at similar steakhouses in Sioux Falls.

Pheasant risotto was excellent. Nice wine and beer selection. Huge portions for dessert. Looks forward to returning.

Food and service was good. Thought the entree prices were high. Beef filet should not have fat. Needed to be trimmed. Flavor was good but needed to be hotter. Cooked medium which was correct.

Minerva's continues to be the standard of fine dining. Food is *always* perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Service is great, as always. Front of house and waitstaff both. My only, slight, complaints are: *The chairs. I'm pretty sure they've been in use longer than I've lived here... 40 years. Cushions have no functional padding remaining. *The coat room. Naturally, the door is open. But the room is also storage of placards and such... looks sloppy. *Dresscode for the hostesses has slipped. Faded Jeans and tennis shoes? Everything else about the decor and waitstaff, we Love! Those three downchecks are easily addressed, and are not dealkillers.

We had a great dinner for my mother-in-laws birthday dinner. Our waitress was great and very helpful. Salad bar and soup were delicious. Entrees were great as well.

Ordered the sirloin with cream peas. My steak was so over done it was like rubber and the tastes was that of liver. Also tried the key lime for desert and unfortunately I've had way better. Service and atmosphere was great!
