The Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant offers an upscale, intimate dining experience in the heart of historical Manitou Springs where guests enjoy a 4-course fondue dinner, along with wine, beer and cocktails in a uniquely decorated and arranged space. Our signature 4-course dinner includes:
1st - Choice of seasonal, garden or Caesar salad
2nd - Cheese fondue served with artisanal bread and fresh fruits and vegetables
3rd - Choice of entree platters including seafood, wild game, vegetarian or traditional prepared on a table-top Raclette grill
4th - Choice of chocolate dessert fondue with options of flavored liqueur, flaming turtle, cookies and cream, salted caramel and more

    What an incredible experience. Definitely recommend the full four course menu so you get the whole experience. The food was incredible. The white chocolate fondue is a must!

    Wonderful experience start to finish! We were there celebrating an anniversary and they really made it special - service was excellent and food was really good too! We’ve been to the melting pot and cheese and chocolate are normally good but the quality of the entree is sub par, the entree was delicious here as well!

    The food was delicious but the service was sub par. We enjoyed the four course menu and wine pairing. My husband did not get his paired wine but instead got the same wine I did despite ordering different entree. Wine would come out more than half way through service. Clearly understaffed as tables were left dirty after guests left. Server was nice but not trained on fine dining. It was good food, but not worth the price or hospitality.

    Lovely experience! Tyler was an excellent attendant and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had the wild game and vegetarian selections. Both delicious and we liked the wine pairings as well!

    We had a wonderful time here! The staff was amazing, the host seated us in a beautiful quiet romantic room and our waiter had a very friendly and helpful personality. The food was delicious. It was a learning curve to cook at the table but it was a fun experience! Do not miss the dessert pot, chocolate fondue!

    The family and I had a magnificent dining experience at Mona Lisa. The food was delicious and fun to eat! Our waiter Matt was phenomenal and made our dinner so special. Glad to have the memories we have there. Definitely an unforgettable meal!

    Our server Caleb was great and attentive during the whole experience, and the food was absolutely amazing and I loved the Fontina fondue. It’s was an amazing way to spend a good date night

    I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the service at Mona Lisa. Matthew and Matt were attentive servers. The cheese fondue with fruit, bread and vegetables were delicious. I enjoyed cooking the meat, poultry, vegetable and fish bites over the hibachi and trying all of the sauces. The chocolate fondue is fantastic. I have had it both with and without liquor and both are smooth and rich. Thank you for a relaxing, enjoyable evening!
