Very forgettable night! Actually unforgettable! It was my wife's birthday celebration and we made reservations several weeks in advance and were looking forward to our dinner. It all started out well as we were seated as soon as we walked in the door at a very cozy table. The waiter promptly took our drink and appetizer order and all was well. As we finished our drinks and appetizer, the waiter briefly passed and asked how we liked the spring rolls. That was the last anyone came by our table. We hadn't even ordered our entree'. After waiting for another 30 minutes, with empty cocktail and water glasses, and empty appetite plates, we decided we were invisible and summoned the Maitre 'd. I asked for the check. They looked for our waiter and he was no were in sight. To their credit, they denied my offer to pay. Don't know what happened to our waiter, but wish the evening would have turned out differently. Next celebration will Commanders Palace! Sorry Mr. B's

There are so many reasons Mr. B’s Bistro is our absolute favorite restaurant, and it all begins and ends with their superlative customer service. Their attention to detail becomes obvious the moment you walk into the restaurant, and it only gets better as you interact with their exceptionally trained waitstaff. The menu offers something for everyone, and if it’s on the menu you can count on that dish being made with the finest quality ingredients and prepared to perfection. And if you’re like us and you enjoy a good wine to go with your meal you will not be disappointed with their selection which is priced quite reasonably. Give Mr. B’s Bistro a try and if you do I’m guessing it’ll be one of the favorite dining experiences.

We always make it a point to eat at Mr. B’s Bistro when we visit New Orleans. We changed it up this time and tried two of the signature dishes. The pork chop was THE BEST pork chop we’ve ever had. I had the BBQ shrimp and it was fun, messy and so delicious. Our waiter Brett took excellent care of us and made fantastic menu suggestions. We look forward to our next New Orleans trip and dinner at Mr. B’s

Amazing service, great apps (fried oysters were outstanding). The grilled redfish was moist and well cooked. The highlight was the pecan pie - if you are even remotely a fan this is a must have. The best I've ever had!

Outstanding food and service. Terrance, our waiter was very attentive and made excellent meal recommendations! We loved our cocktails (Old Fashioned), appetizers (Oysters), entrees (fish and pork chop) and dessert (bread pudding). Great ambulance with a lively and at times noisy atmosphere!

The food was disappointing. The Gumbo was bitter the barbecue shrimp tasted like spaghetti-os

Very lively restaurant with excellent food and service. Despite being packed, the acoustics dampened the noise level so it was conducive to table conversation, which was actually quite impressive. Brett treated us very well throughout the evening and all of the food was delicious. I would highly recommend Mr. B’s Bistro and really hope to be back.
