   I am extremely glad we chose to come here. I would absolutely come here again. The steak we chose was the butter steak for or two. It was prepared medium rare to my wife's liking and we both really liked it. Creamed spinach was outstanding, and the raspberry pie was outstanding. Friendly atmosphere, unpretentious. Susie, our waiter, was almost the best part of this experience. Knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I sure hope we will be back. Well done, Murray family!

   The staff were welcoming and on top of a person’s every need. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food was some of the best we’ve ever had.

   Motivated by a gift card and a chance to take my son to a famous restaurant, we went to lunch at Murray's and were wowed from start to finish. Our service was beyond attentive and amazing; our water and soft drinks were refilled constantly. Our server, Suzie, gave us great recommendations and checked back frequently. She even took our photo as a memento. And last but not least, the food! We had the Murray's steak sandwich and the Philly special, and you could taste the legendary steak in each one. Everything was wonderful, including the recommended raspberry pie for dessert. This was one of the greatest restaurant experiences I've ever had. My son won't forget it. I can only imagine if we ever get to go there for dinner!

   I have been going to Murray's for more than 60 years, where the food and service are always at the pinnacle of restaurant experiences in Minneapolis.

   After being seated we waited 15 minutes for a server to admit that our table was his. Maybe due to the fact that we had the kitchen door table. We ordered bottle of wine and were served the bottle within 10 minutes. Shortly after we our order taken. Appetizers of shrimp cocktail and escargot both were good but cocktail sauce needs help. Our entrees were 2 ME filets 1 MR ribeye and 1lbs king crab legs. All the steaks were cooked Rare and the crab legs should have been drained of the excess water. Pay attention to the steak sauces as they charge about $10 per steak. Dessert was the famous Raspberry pie which was fantastic but the crème brûlée was very bland. All in all I can guarantee the restaurant that for lousy table of 4 we were one of the highest amounts at $620 plus s$125 tip. If your coming for less expensive items it may be OK but if your looking for 1st class place to spend $745 this is most definitely not the place.

   Everything was excellent from the cocktails (they told us the secret is the ice) to dessert (house-made chocolate cake topped with a very excellent vanilla ice cream from a local creamery). I had a perfectly cooked ribeye medium-rare and my wife had a salmon dish she said was one of the best she’s ever had. Even the side dishes of Brussels sprouts and a Gorgonzola risotto were just excellent. And super friendly bartender and waitress. All around great experience.

   Absolutely outstanding. Starting with the warm greetings at the door from the owner, Tim, to the seating host, to our incredibly personable server (Maddie) and down to her wait assistant Luis- the entire experience was fabulous. Our three person party was offered exceptional hospitality that I will recount on to anyone willing to listen in the next coming weeks and months. Hats off to an iconic restaurant that has never let me or my guests down in any way. Bravo, Murray’s! Bravo!

    Murray’s held up to its reputation with a delectable 28 oz porterhouse. Melted in our mouth cooked at medium-rare. Key lime pie was a delicious way to end the night. Service was phenomenal. It was our 15th anniversary, first time eating there; we’ve gone to similar establishments on our anniversaries in the past and they celebrated with us, making it memorable and enticing us to come back again. Though noted on our reservation, that was not done here
