   The service by Angel our server was exceptional. Paired with the freshness of the ingredients, the menu selection and drinks offering make this our go to sushi restaurant in the Western Suburbs. We ordered Shishito Peppers, Kicker Roll, Salmon Skin Handroll as well as a selection of Shashimi inclduing Toro, Flounder and Yellow Tail.

   Food was delicious. We had a variety of specials rolls accompanied by craft cocktails. Server was excellent. Highly recommend.

   Everything was delicious and our server was wonderful. One thing we found strange was the seating. We were sitting at a 2 top perpendicular to the sushi bar. The hostess kept seating other 2 tops directly next to us even though most of the tables surrounding us were empty. This happened twice. I understand if it is super busy but we were the only two tables on that side of the restaurant. It felt very uncomfortable and even the people that sat down next to us made a comment that 1/2 the tables were empty but they were sat essentially on top of us. Just something to think about. It definitely changed my experience

   Been coming here for 15 years. Said it was a special occasion. They sat my friend and I at the table that’s awkwardly against the window of the entrance. Whenever the door opened the whole table shook. Awful. Terrible way to try to celebrate my friend’s engagement :(

   Seating on a booth right next to the kitchen was a turn off since there was constant traffic and we can see into the kitchen. Server wasn’t as attentive. Food was good

   We had dinner here, and it was an excellent experience! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome despite the restaurant being quite busy. The food was delicious, with a variety of flavorful options to choose from. Their drink menu was impressive as well, offering something for everyone. Even with the high volume of guests, the service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and outstanding service!

    I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance, and the hostess put us at an awful table (honestly shouldn’t even seat people there it’s practically in the kitchen). The restaurant was pretty empty, and when we asked to move, she said the open tables were for people with reservations…. I guess an open table reservation doesn’t count as a reservation. Hostess was rude and petty. It was a special occasion for my husband and I and this ruined the experience. The waitress was incredibly nice though.
