Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. Our name, Entrecôte, is a very popular Ribeye Steak dish served in bistros and specialty restaurant in France.     We had such an amazing dining experience here! This was my second time dining at Lola Rose, and did not disappoint! My boyfriend took me for my birthday and from the moment they seated us they were so attentive, fantastic service. The food was impeccable, everything was amazing. Our favorites were the pork belly appetizer and lamb shank entrée. The menu is seasonal so it’s great that it changes, delicious cocktails and mocktails.
