Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso.     My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Cafe Central and it was wonderful. Food and wine were great, service was outstanding and they gave us a card and a special desert on the house for our anniversary. Overall, a great experience. The only drawback was that the live music (piano) was a bit too loud.

    Excellent steak. Had the bone in ribeye. Also had the wedge salad which was perfect. Cocktails were good and the ambience even better. Def better and closer than Cattlemans!!

    This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to, and I travel around the country frequently (definitely in my top 2). It’s my go to for clients, staff meetings, and on this particular occasion, a date. This was her first time here and the food, ambiance, and service did not disappoint. Our waitress was exceptional and very well versed on the varied dishes, appetizers, and their drinks, and offered some great choices for the main course. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something different here in the area. 5 stars ⭐️ all the way.
