    The Christmas Brunch at Chateau Elan was well planned and beautifully decorated. Every staff member executed with perfection. From the start you are made to feel something magically inviting was about to unfold. The master chef is to be commended for all the varieties of foods that were deliciously prepared and presented.     We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating Christmas Eve at our favorite fine dining steakhouse! The festive decor, pianist "Steve", server "Joshua" plus a special moment with our favorite server "Brittany", delicious cocktails "Apres", starters, and entrees guaranteed a memorable holiday. We always love the creme brule, but this occasion we also tried tiramasu gelato and bread pudding which were sublime. We love treating family and friends to an amazing dining experience!

    What an outstanding experience. We were celebrating our anniversary! Upon arrival they had us at a corner table, Happy Anniversary Card on the table with sparkles. Our waiter explained the menu and specials. Off to the races...wine (chosen by our waiter was excellent), crab cake, steak and sea bass with sides. Wow, amazing food, amazing service, a real experience in hospitality and a great way to celebrate with my wife. Thank you for treating us so well. Dennis
