Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse is just the beginning of a new generation. This heritage began back in the 1940’s when Fred & Amelia Saliba opened the very first restaurant in the Saliba family. Although Brian wasn’t with his grandparents in the beginning, he was raised under the careful training of his father and mother as they carried on the family tradition.Because of this training, Brian began to love the restaurant business and pursued a career in the culinary arts. The initiation of his training began at O.S.U. in the college of Hotel & Restaurant Administration. During this time, Brian was able to train as an intern under renown chefs at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs where he earned the right and inspiration to advance.As Brian progressed in his training, his desire to become a restaurant owner continuously increased. I came to Ramsay’s kitchen for my birthday dinner. The second I walked into the door, I was blown away. The dining area is beautiful. Service was outstanding, our waiter was incredible and very informative off the menu. The Crab Cake was probably the best I’ve ever had, I also ordered the lobster and shrimp spaghetti (added scallops as our waiter recommended) everything was delicious. The perfect birthday dinner.

Enjoyed dinner last evening. Nice atmosphere. First time and found it to be a very nice addition to the OKC dining scene. Excellent service, I do not remember our server’s name. Food was excellent, maybe a little pricey. Found the overall experience very pleasing.

The service was great this eve. The food was good too. Last time, the food wasn’t as good as usual but we went back as it’s one of our faves. The food was awesome!! Our son loves this place so we try to take him every time we visit !!
