The Captain Digby, a family friendly restaurant and bar which caters for all ages & occasions, with sea views overlooking Kingsgate Bay. We serve generously portioned fresh, home cooked food from our bar, restaurant & children's menu. Food is served from 12 noon each day, all day until late check our operating hours before arrival.Choose from our family dining area, close to our indoor play area or our cliff top restaurant with sea views. Alfresco dining is available with 40 benches overlooking the bay but these are non-reservable and work on a first come first served basis. Please note we can not guarantee window tables. We do not allow dogs inside our venue but they are welcome in our outside dining areas. Great vibe as soon as we arrived. Staff very welcoming. Food order was taken promptly and food arrived in good time, hot and the flavours were the star of the show. Some of the best bbq food we’ve ever tasted. Plenty of food from the platter for the 4 of us. Great value. Staff very engaging when questioned about the different meats they have etc. Can’t wait to try more at the new restaurant & hopefully see Smoke & Co at food festivals in years to come. 10/10 would recommend.
