We have searched for the right restaurant and are happy that we have found it in Silver Run. Ken brings more than thirty years of varied restaurant experience with him to Bud's.     I have dined at all of Chef Bryan’s establishments and this is by far the best of all. The atmosphere is lively, but not loud, I could easily carry on a conversation with my companion. The furnishings and tableware are elegant but not overly done or intimidating. The food is classic Bryan, approachable, perfectly executed with an eye to quality ingredients cooked and served to let those ingredients shine. The service was both friendly and attentive. The oysters were ice cold, sweet, completely cleaned and served with perfect accompaniments. Both the salmon and swordfish were cooked perfectly and the brussel sprouts are something to dream about. My companion and I were both pleasantly surprised at the bill as I would have expected a higher tab for our choices. Well done Chef.

    From the moment we walked in and sat down for a cocktail, the ambiance and service was great! The food was very good but I wouldn’t say EXCELLENT. My husband lamb was a bit overcooked. But I loved about 90% of the food. It was worth the price we payed and our service was amazing. We also got a three course wine pairing and I felt like it was paired well.

    We were with friends we hadn’t seen in a while. It took us a while to order and to leave. Our waitress was amazing. She continued to allow us all the time we wanted and needed. We were practically the last ones there. The food was outstanding and they were French onion. Soup is just the best ! It was burger night and we took full advantage!
