Within two years, Dominic began winning national awards and has continued to do so for the last 40 years. This is an exceptional restaurant with fine Italian cuisine, professional, friendly service, & an extensive wine list. Dominic oversees the kitchen,and the menu includes fresh seafood, veal, tenderloin, lamb, and many other choices. The restaurant has a Florentine atmosphere, with low lighting, white tablecloths, & classic oil paintings.     Everything was great. Noise is high when sitting next to two other tables with two people each. You can't have conversation because you only hear their conversations going on. Other then that, it was a great experience. Just not able to have our own conversations due to being so close and others listening or being over powered with conversations a foot next to us.

    This is the second time I have been to Lorenzo’s. It did not disappoint. I brought my partner and a friend. My partner has never been to St Louis before and I wanted her to experience the food in The Hlll. She loved it. The waiter was courteous and attentive, the restaurant I would t say is loud but there definitely is a good buzz of people talking and enjoying each other’s company. I will definitely recommend and hopefully come back in the future on trips to St Louis.

    We had eaten here before many years ago. Homey, "Hill" atmosphere. Our waiter was awesome, and our drinks were always full. One person at our table had a hamburger - said it was really great. Two of us had Tortello and Tortellini, both very flavorful and well prepared. One had spaghetti and meatballs - which was gigantic and could have easily been shared. Also good. The only comment we'd make to management is to warm the bread. Seems to be a common comment...so there's that. Take a trip to Rigazzi's...you won't be sorry!
