This bar/bottle shop/restaurant is unique in its dedication to providing great small-batch, South Australian wine, spirits and craft beers/ciders.Their love for small-batch, South Australian wine, spirits and beers first made its debut as the Adelaide Wine Markets held at The Market Shed on Holland (find our next event details below). After successful years of the party-filled Wine Markets, the pair decided that it was time to open a permanent spot that celebrated fantastic small South Australian producers. The degustation menu was simply outstanding. Every dish was exceptional. My wife and I cannot recall having enjoyed a meal so much and we have been fortunate to have eaten in some wonderful restaurants. A trip to Adelaide should include a meal at Roma!

I brought a friend from Melbourne and they were completely blown away considering that she frequents many restaurant establishments around Australia. The ambience was amazing from the moment you walked in and the food and service was impeccable. Well done to the Rosemont hall Team!

We've dined at WBSLSC previously (perhaps three months ago) and the food was pretty good. You let yourselves down badly as our experience on the 18th of November was pretty sorrow ful. I had average fish, very poorly battered and soggy, the salad was as limp as (and I'd rather not do the comparison), but the chips were passable! We'd brought international guests along, from Northern Ireland, and they were generous enough to suggest that they enjoyed their meal. Our local friends together with my lovely wife, were embarassed by the food. The service was good though. Portia was still there from last time and just as efficent behind the counter, and the Lass that served us, and she didn't have a name tag, was really lovely. Cared about what she was doing and the people she served. If you want us back though, improve the food. Try emulating the quality of food served at the Warradale Hotel. Always a pleasure, I remain, yours sincerely, C. R. (Rick) HARDY.
