Everyone enjoyed their food and it all looked beautiful. My Filet was more towards medium well than medium, but seasoned well and tender. Sounded unique to have a Cajun and Creole inspired menu at a municipal airport!. The food was great, the drinks were great, and the overall experience was great! They seem to have a lot to offer for brunch and lunch too. Just wish we lived closer. Lastly it was fun to see the runway light up and a private jet fly in.
