I noted that table 61 near the window was free and asked politely if we could sit there. Dylan said very rudely “No” and walked off. We accepted this without further comment. But,we noted that right up until we left no other group sat at table #61. Our first visit to the RSL was good in every way except for this odd behavior. The food was excellent and well priced. Quick friendly , polite and knowledgeable of products Including trying a new whiskey and the barman came out to help select. Exceptional service. The waitress explained the menu, how you can have share plates or larger plates if you want -- as only two we opted for the share plates. My recommendation would be to go with time on your side as it was busy and you need to sit back and relax and have another drink. We sat at the high tables and plenty of room for food and drinks.
