When they are not at Meadowsweet you will find them upstate at Meadowsweet Farm with their daughter and son where they grow some amazing vegetables with Polo’s Dad to serve at Meadowsweet. Finish off with the torta della nonna, with custardy sabayon, chocolate cream piping, and crushed, toasted pistachios. As delicious as the food, is the "exceedingly friendly" staff.
